We purchased a car from Silver Lakes, but unfortunately, the DEKRA report provided was not accurate. According to the report, the gearbox was in good condition. However, after experiencing issues, we contacted the sales representative who assisted us. He advised us to visit the nearest We Buy Cars branch, which was Southgate. After their assessment, they confirmed that the gearbox was indeed faulty. Following their recommendation, we took the vehicle to an RMI-approved workshop for a full diagnostic report. We paid out of pocket for the assessment and received a quote for the cost of the damaged parts. Despite following all their instructions and incurring these expenses, we are now being told that they are unable to assist us further.
Please stop sending misleading information just to make us happy. They had promised that they are going to refund the money that was debited from my account within 48 hours( 2 days), now itβs day 3 no funds have been processed/reversed. When I call they say they never logged my case for a refund.
Why should I be the one contacting you for an update on my delivery. I called the driver he said he was going to make a delivery on Saturday between 09:00-10:00. And today I had to be the one calling for an update. Can you please plan your things accordingly at your warehouse or with your drivers.

How long does it take before you can process a claim? Cause WOW you can make someone a fool eyy, we've been calling since last year till now there's no movement.
