This is for the Walmer Park branch. Normally this is my go-to, but after my experience there today I can't recommend it. First off while ordering a small C-Breeze for my Fiancé, the lady behind the counter tried to sell me a Large, which we kept on having to say no we want a small. After paying, I looked at my slip and a large was ordered. Got that refunded after a few minutes. Secondly, after receiving our smoothies, the lady that gave us the smoothies tried to take the receipts from us without asking. I'm sorry but that is ridiculous, you don't try to upsell a smoothie and blatantly ignore my request (and the lady said "Oh I thought you said you wanted a large"), but also trying to remove cash slips from me without asking. Especially since that lady was the one who was with the first lady for the refund.
Had a terrible experience now today at Cafe Capellini at Walmer Park Shopping Center. First off my Fiance got a coffee with almond milk, it was cold by the time it got to her, great on our waitress for catching that before we did. Second off, we waited nearly an hour for our food - 2 Early Worm breakfasts - while other people have come and gone. When we got our food, I started with the tomato, it was heated in a microwave. My Fiance started with some egg and toast first and it was heated in the microwave, and tasted like it had been standing for a while. The thing that drove us to this review, the bread had a piece of cheese stuck to the back of it. That is a major health hazard as the bread was _not_ freshly cut, it may or may not have been someone else's bread they didn't finish or was standing around who knows where. Honestly this place should be shut down as this is a major health violation. Go somewhere else.
My account has never worked. I have my account from the SpecSavers deal which I do get charged for for my glasses by FeverTree. I've gone through countless support with MediWallet but still no avail. I cannot use my card at any network, I cannot use it at Clicks. I cannot even log into my account. I tried to get hold of a live agent, it says I an agent was connected but I had no response, and the agent disconnected without saying anything. I tried the Whatsapp line and no and behold I got a "Welcome to MediWallet, how can I help you?", I said my account doesn't work and I cannot use my MediWallet card anywhere or login and I've received no response. Absolutely terrible service.
I was just called from Mr Price by a fellow named Tsepiso. He was congratulating that that I have been _selected_ to open an account. When I tried to explain to him that no I did not provide information, he kept speaking over me, telling me "Sounds like you woke up on the wrong side of the bed". I did not in fact provide them any information, where they got it from I have no idea since I couldn't get a word in without this guy talking over me. This has now made me never want to do business with Mr Price again if this is how you treat your prospective customers.
