Zahier helped a lot to bring my premium down

Our i20 broke down, luckily still under warranty. It was towed to the closest garage, which was Brits. They were incredibly busy, but still managed to look at it. Unfortunately the head gasket had blown, and it turned out the head and block were then warped. There were no fights about it being a warranty claim, and everything really went very smoothly. Two and a half weeks later, the car was back on the road, with no expense from our side. Thanks so much, Hyundai Brits! You guys are fantastic!

Our volkswagen tiguan broke down in April. So we took it to G Tech Pro Auto after bad service from volkswagen rustenburg themselves. They ended up rebuilding the engine over 12 weeks. The work obviously came with a warranty. Within two months, the engine was making awful sounds, we took it back, they said it was the lifters and started a warranty claim on the suppliers. After waiting weeks for that, the car went into limp mode. So they towed it back to them. It has now been by them for seven weeks again, with no progress. We have paid for so much work and so many parts and nothing is fixed. After deciding to just call it quits and take it elsewhere, we are now struggling to get the car back from them. Every time we arrive at the garage to pick it up it is still in pieces. The car is actually driving, just noisy, so we keep expecting to drive it home and do not arrive with a tow truck. The owner's phone is always off and the people at the garage say they do not know what is happening. I can't believe they won't even give our car back! Really the worst service ever! We could get someone else to fix it if they would just give the car back!

My car broke down over the easter weekend, so on the tuesday morning, first thing, I had it towed to vokswagen in Rustenburg (the agents). They told me they were quite busy, but would have a look as soon as possible. I emphasised that I desperately need the car back to get to work. I phoned them that afternoon, and they had not had a look at it yet. After phoning again on the Wednesday morning, I was told that they will look at it that morning. Receiving no feedback once again, I phoned them again on Wednesday afternoon. They still had not looked at it. They said that other people were demanding their cars and making more noise than I was, so they looked at their cars first. I had also asked them to not try and start the car until they had had a look, since I suspected an issue with the timing chain. They had left my car in the sun for two days, and had repeatedly swung the motor over, trying to start it. I am extremely unhappy with the service, lack of communication and completely ignoring my instructions. They have possibly damaged my motor, without ever bothering to phone me.
