If the was an option for no star I would choose it, Motovantage is a **** I lodged a claim with them way back and no update was given until I had to constantly be chasing them for an update for them to lie and say my scratch exceeds the side yet when I went to panel beater they confirmed that is 15cm with measuring tape I sent them a mail with the pics thus far no update but when it comes to debuting my account they are 1st They don’t even want me to cancel this **** they be chowing our money with no work delivered when it’s time to pay Run away from Motovantage for peace of mind
I moved in to the apartment in Belhar Vista June 2023 and moved out January 2025, upon me moving in I paid a deposit of R4020 and was only refunded R477 with no explanation I had to send numerous emails for the agent to respond to me saying she used my other R3700 to paint the wall that was never discussed with me prior, Alta Van Heerden is the agent trying to **** me my deposit and it is so unfortunate that I want it back

The lady that was assisting me Luyanda Ndaba selling me the life policy was so professional and kind while talking with her on the phone and she explained everything so well I was sold by how professional and convincing she is Ended up taking a policy and I am happy with her service and OUTsurance as well thus far
Charles messed my Hooter horn with his guys, I took my car there with a working hooter and his guy after taking out my steering and putting it back in again he messed my hooter, Charles telling me it was a coincidence and refusing to account I have proof where he admitted that my horn was working and he will buy me a new one however today story changes he saying it is not his responsibility If you are a female don't use this guy panel beater he is a **** and I want him to know I want my hooter horn come what may he will have to buy it
I have logged a claim on the 6th of January 2024 thus far no response regarding the outcome, the Lady they sent to assess the claim started investigating me like a ******** she went as far as calling me a **** I am still traumatized by how my claim is being handled and the fact that a month without a car has passed and approaching 2nd but no progress to what is going on and this is taking a toll on me I would like a final verdict on the claim so that I know what to do next From what the assessor has said that means there's already a verdict on the claim but I am unsure why am I not told as yet the outcome please
