To whom it may concern A month back I was at fairprice Germiston where I told them I need a refund back an my reason for that was I won't needing the item I layebyed, because i am relocating to Bloemfontein for good and they said I need to come and get the refund because the store didn't have enough cash and which i told them I am not come back that side. To whom it may concern I've been sending emails and even call the call center for assistance but I have receive nothing promising, Please help to understand why do i have pay dates but I can't withdraw the funds, I even try to reapply but nothing is happening, I even try to lodge appeal but nothing happen, I even try to update my banking details but nothing happens. To whom it may concern I really want to understand why is my loan still of R30600 still standing on a R28 000 and something but I've been paying for a year now which to my understanding it should have been on R17000 and something, on Monday i was at the bank which i also had a problem with Standard bank they handover my account to TC Kwande for my account was overdue with for months and which i brought it up to date and TC Kwande was supposed to be the only guys who needed to deduct from my account but Standard bank continue deducting from my account as well and the lady from the loan department which i talk to said that they will refund me my money back for last month which is R1183.33 and it will only take up to three working days which today is four working days and i have a reference number. To whom it may concern I really feel like that the system has failed me, early this year i was in a hit-and-run and which i reported my case on 18 March 2024. My hit-and-run happened 24 January 2024 Which left me with a fracture ankle on both sides, which i am sitting with a affidavit and a J88 with no case number, i went back on the 28 March 2024 to do a follow up but still nothing until this day. To whom it may concern I am really unhappy with Standard bank, they haven't reverse my money back yet, i just want to know what's the hold up, i don't want any stories just my money back, they were quickly to handover my account and still making debit orders to go off but now they are not willing to pay it back
To whom it may concern I am very unhappy with Standard bank they handover my account to TC Kwande which i made arrangements with TC Kwande to deduct R1500 which they did, but Standard bank still deduct a R1183.33 and which they didn't do i stop debit order and they need to refund me back my money which they didn't.i also went to the branch on Monday but nothing has happened. To whom it may concern 24 January 2024,i was in a hit-and-run which led me with a broken ankle on both sides,i went to the police station on the 18 March 2024 to report what happen to me the Office on duty took all my information that i brought to his desk,he told that i will get a sms with a case number which until this day i didn't and i am having a J88 forum which my Doctor can't complete because of the case number I don't have and i went back on the 28 March 2024 for a follow up which i did an affidavit stating i was here to report my case but nothing has come from it. A month after that i went back because they couldn't help me because i was told that the office who saw me first can only help me. Please help to understand
To whom it may concern I am really disappointed in the department of labour UIF,after calling them asking for updates on my claim, I've been told that Master hasn't realised my funds yet and i have received a message stating that everything has been finalised and payed in full but i haven't received any payments Please help to understand what's going on
I am unsatisfied with the Labour department UIF claims, yesterday was supposed to be 15 working days for my pay outs and when i call them they are always having technical problems for the last two weeks. Please help
