Bad SERVICE
Yho sana as I’m typing this review I’m sitting at the dentistry, the service is HORRIBLE. I arrived at 1 pm and it is said Doctors are on lunch , came back after the lunch and sat for 2 hours . I told them I have a wire that’s poking me real bad. It’s 15:50 right now and still not attended sana.

They rejected my claim, and re accepted it
They rejected my claim, and re accepted it. Took me to the panel beaters for a small scratch, they took 4 days to fix it and it looks bad. I asked them to fix it but it still looks bad. The paint and polish looks uneven.

Claim rejected
I have logged a claim in regards to a small scratch at the back and my claim was rejected due to that it’s torn, this car is not torn anywhere. The scratch is on the black part only

Third party claim slow as hell.
I got into an accident caused your client and I claimed as a third party, I sent all documents and assessments which already has a report but it’s been a week without progress or update. I need my car to be fixed as it wasn’t my fault, I’m stressed. I am driving a damaged car everyday it’s too risky on the road. 💔😭
