My suitcase was broken into again on my return flight from CPT to ORT on this last Friday 13 Feb (Flight FA 120). The suitcase was secured with cable ties. On opening the suitcase, I could see that my toiletry bag had been opened and tapered with but could not see that anything was missing. I am assuming that the ******* were looking for something of higher value like a fragrance, which I now take in my carry-on luggage, given the theft of this out of my check-in luggage late last year. It is appalling that this is such a regular occurrence and an invasion of my privacy. In this day of “high tech” surely there must be systems in place to monitor and prevent this from occurring!
It seems impossible to cancel a contract with Telkom. Toll free number does not work most of the time, and when you do finally talk to someone, they say that some will contact you withing 48 hours to cancel. That was 4 weeks ago and I am still waiting, while being charged monthly. I have jut received another invoice for R839, when y monthly subscription is R225.
Numerous calls and SMSs from TSL legal about an outstanding Vodacom Account that apparently has not been paid. They can't tell me how much and for what, I have requested emails from them to clarify this, but never received. When you try to contact them directly, the line cuts off.
Senders details and amount paid was sent to me via email the day before flowers were delivered to me. Surely these details should not be shared with the recipient! Amount paid, vs what received is daylight *******. Company capitalises on the fact the receiver should not know what was paid for the bunch, and certainly would never complain to the sender!
