I have been trying to call UPS Johannesburg offices without success. On 2 February, I called and I was on hold for 7minutes, no one attended to my calls. I've sent an email about my query and no one got back to me. A lady by the name of Cebisile, responded to my email and requested Malu Kotana to respond to my email but she didn't. I called in on Thursday 5 Feb, I was on hold for 12 minutes and no one attended to my call. I called again on 6 Feb, I was holding for 8minutes. No one attended to my calls. Your service is disappointing and you need to step up. All I needed was I formation on why the custom fees are higher than the actual cost of the products which is not even clothes.
I complained to the Capitec ***** department about an international transaction that was done *****ulently, on the 7th of July 2023. I have not heard anything from Capitec since the day I complained. I am very disappointed with your services.
I've lodge a complaint with Capitec because of an international transaction that was done on my account on the 7th of July 2023. I had my card with me and I didn't purchase anything from New York. The transaction says "housekeeping New York" I don't even know where that place is. But until today I didn't receive any response from Capitec!! No one bothered to contact me since they promised to investigate the transaction. I'm disappointed your service is not good.
I settled my loan with Standard bank last year in early December. I have called several times for the bank to update my credit record but nothing was done. I called again today, I was transferred from department to department. The lady I spoke to said I need to write a letter to the bank and request them to update my credit record. I settled an account with another bank within 14 days my credit record was updated. I am unhappy with the service I received from Standard bank.
My mom lodged a claim on the 20th of September for her earrings. She completed all the required documents and sent them to Sterns. She has been given the run around for almost 3months. She's an old lady and doesn't have the energy to deal with such. Today I called the claims department and the lady said she is just checking on the system. She put me on hold for a while and hang up. I called the Sterns Ilanga mall where the earrings were bought but no one seems to be able to help us. The insurance is still deducting monthly but the claim is not processed and we have no idea what's happening.
I haven't been using my vodacom number for 3 months due to personal issues. I've had the number for many years and when I tried to activate it, i was told the number has been deleted. I am pleading with Vodacom to help me get my number back. It will mean alot to me.
Gripping Ideas Pty Ltd going around in circles and not refunding me my money which I have sent into their account for the purchase of Fabric. I have been sent back and fourth by Raquel and she made promises to pay my refund but it is now the 14th of June, still no refund since the 1st of April. All I want is my refund of R2300! Then I can just move on to another company.
On 4 March 2021 I paid R1000 into Gripping Ideas Pty Ltd banking account for the purchase of a 22 meters fabric as requested by Raquel. We agreed that I will pay for the fabric in 2 instalments before she can ship the fabric to me. On the 1st of April I paid R1300 as last instalment. I then took my couches to my local reupholsters workshop and paid R1500 deposit for the guy to start preparing the couches for repairs. On the 6th of April 2021, I checked with Gripping Ideas Pty Ltd regarding the shipping of the fabric but I was told that they were busy with orders and didn't have time to ship my fabric. I constantly contacted Gripping Ideas Pty Ltd and Raquel will always come up with excuses when I ask for my fabric. The reupholsters guy had to ask me to pick up my couches as they were taking up space in his workshop and he could no longer wait for the fabric. Unfortunately he had stripped the couches and he couldn't refund my deposit which it is the rule. We are now in June 2021, Gripping ideas hasn't sent my Fabric or a pay me a refund. I have been given the run around, excuses after excuses. Raquel from Gripping Ideas Pty Ltd is very dishonest and she instructed me to get my refund from a guy called Tony that I do not even know of or had any business dealings with him. All I want is my refund back because this is more like a scam.
I signed up for a 14 days trial with Show Max. We tried to watch a movie and it was buffering. We cancelled the trial and didn't bother signing up again. In November we when I paid my DSTV compact I was charged For show max. I called the customer care and she couldn't give me an explanation about the charges. I paid my December subscription and on the 7th my services were cut off, I called and I was told to pay an extra R175 which includes a reconnection fee and show max subscription. I explained that I never used Show Max and I cancelled it before the 14 days free trial. The consultant couldn't give me any further explanation about these extra charges. This is ridiculous and I need a detailed statement of my account.
We have paid up our homeloan outstanding balance in August 2019. Standard bank issued us a paid up letter. I have been trying to contact their legal department to find out when will they update the records on Credit Bereu but no one is able to assist. The account reflect as active on Credit bereu, this is seriously affection my credit scores whenever I apply for credit. I need this sorted please.
