Horrible experience with this place, did a claim last week already and still waiting for my windscreen and No communication from their side, I have to keep calling them and spoke to the guy his name is Grant, very rude and condescending attitude on the phone. KingPrice insurance need to get people who are willing to assist on time or rather keep the client updated all the time.All this is causing so much inconvenience as I need to travel.
They take very long to process your claim and minimum to no communication, in the process of my account being handed over while I’m still waiting for almost a month for my process to be approved and paid, their service is very terrible. I would not recommend them as a very efficient service provider.
You are victimising a student who is renting one of your flats, If rent has not been paid its your duty to take that up with the parent and Not the child, you have gone to an extant that you want to invade the child's privacy by wanting to access the premises when she has asked for privacy. I find that you are so rude and removing the child's finger prints preventing her access to the place is Not allowed, Your work ethics are so wrong and your licence should be revoked, your rent will be paid but the way you are going about it is so wrong.
Been sending emails and no one is getting back to me, not happy with the repairs done on my vehicle and I have sent emails with No Response from their end,

The worst service ever, put a claim in January and still waiting for validation and I have been calling everyday and they just put me on hold and keep telling me about a useless team leader. The lady by the name Reneiloe is very rude .
