Saturday dinner at ocean basket at ballito was a absolute disaster ....we ordered a plater for 1and a Seared Tuna ...the. tuna was absolutely salty and Same with the calamari so salty i had to call in the waiter twice to verify if its normal ,was told they would speak chef on my next visit ...but from being a regular at Ocean Basket ballito i will neva visit again ...nor should the public and avoid the Salty tastes ....while speaking too family and friends they all shared bad experiences at the same branch ,so it wasn't just me and my salty experience...that's my reason posting this on this platform (avikar 0813917531)
Having a absolutely terrible time with ADT ...they don't respond in time and now they wanna charge me for going theives coming into my property more than 4 times in a single month cause they came out Too LATE ....when they sent a guy to sign me up on a door to door sales pitch ,i did ask him is there any restrictions about callout limits on this contract and he said NO ..NOW I GET A MSG FROM ADT and i will be charged extra for this ...which is totally unfair cos i have my property broken into and i am suffering the loss cos u guys aren't responding on time yet u wana charge me more for services not rendered.. U guys are a **** ..and i am gonna take this up further ,u are robbing the public ...and your social media agent doesn't ever get back to us ...so please don't bother with that response ...
Absolute terrible response from the ADT security response units ....my alarm triggered at 4am this morning ...single male was seen jumping over the wall with a black packet and a Mercedes mag and tire from my yard ...1st guard Came in 5mins after the Alarm went off but refused to go behind my wall until backup came ....i had too call in.twice to find out whats problem ...backup only arrives 47mins after the alarm triggered....suspect was long gone by then ....its been a bad experience from day 1 with ADT would never refer nor extend my contract with.this company.....the adverts they put out too attract costumers is far fetched from the service they provided ....
I called in to the call center to have my policy cancelled ,the call was answered within 1 Min then transfered too another department and had too wait for over 10mins on hold....like what the hell !!!...when we ask for a quote you get a response within seconds ..why the double standards????
I called in too costumer care today to notify them that a washing machine i bought from the cornibia store early last year stopped working completely.... A guy by the name off Bona asked me so many questions about the machine and why isn't it working like he was from technical team ...then he asked me about the date and store even thou i gave him my card and id number but he puts me on hold for 5mins o so and then asks me a very stupid question about serial number on the back off the machine ...i told him i am not at home but at work he tells theres nothing that he can do even thou You at makro have all the details off the product because u are the people that sold it too me ....when you guys took my money for the extended warranty you didn't mention all this ,like the idiots at your call center the rest off us have to work ,so we all not gonna be able to sit at home and provide a serial number that is a silly sticker !!! This is a washing machine and its bound to get wet and damaged ...so how does the client get it ? Because clearly its not on the invoice Like it should be and also you guys don't seem too have any record off it.....i am gonna take this matter up further ,its a absolute waste off clients time when he /she has provided all documents needed for a claim
Absolutely terrible service from capitec . I did a application for a credit card with you guys and i sent all supporting documentation ...and i received a confirmation email that documents received and they are determining my affordablity....3 days later i called to check on my application too be told by the agent that my application has expired...he had no answer for me as why my application shows as expired even thou i have sent in all docs and have a confirmation email from Capitec.. Don't give there called center agents your time ,u will be surely waiting a lifetime for a response from them !!!!
Dont ever use ADT ..Absolutely terrible service from ADT ,when the Alarm goes off they don't come out or if they do ,they don't call u back to give u feedback on the situation like i had this afternoon....i had too call back for feedback ,while driving back early from a function i was attending ,in fear that my house got broken into...with no patrols in our area ...have to keep requesting them time and time again ..monines are taken promptly on a monthly bacis but service isn't up to scratch
On sunday the 26th off January i went to the cornubia mall (capitec) atm and had my card swallowed, and my months salary withdrawn from another atm in a space off a few mins....By the time I get home and fetch my ID and then go to the gateway branch to make a new card my whole salary was withdrawn from my account... Next day i visit the local branch was told i was a victim off Atm card ****ming and there is nothing that can be done and i should lodge a complaint with SAPS... 1stly there was no gaurd on duty at the atm, so how do you protect your clients at the Atm from this ****mers... And its totally unfair to say you can do nothing, Capitec collects the fees promptly on a monthly basis from its clients and if these people can access your monies without a pin code, isn't that breach on your side not your clients... We pay you to look after our income... So this is a blatant disregard to clients wellbeing by "Saying nothing can be done and its your fault... Cas nr 235/1/2005 thats the case number i lodged... While registering the case 2 other people came in to open cases with the same issue at capitec... And the branch sends them to the police station to open cases but no promises off there hard earned money being returned... I am also gonna lodge a complaint with the banking ombudsman for unfair practices with capitec... It cant be such a coincidence that so many get ****med at THERE (capitec) ATM ON THE SAME DAY.... Please contact me during 1pm and 1 25pm during my lunch break daily
Absolutely terrible service from standard bank yet again... This is my 2nd complaint about the same matter... While calling or emails give little or no resolution... They have a bunch off idiots as there call center agents, who have little or no understanding off the banking services... Even thou a person responds to the the complaint and assures u they will sort it out it goes unassisted days after, the latest agent Tebogo Botlhoko who sent a response that makes no sense whatsoever to my question... And my follow up question has been left unanswered days now... All i want is my latest bond settlement amount... With new interest rates app****... Then i can make settlement... And your simple yet no meaning sorry for the delayed response is not exceptable anymore... Next complaint goes to the banking ombudsman
Ive been trying to get my bond settlement amount from standard bank for the past 3 days.... Absolutely frustrating call center agents push u from home loans to collections back and forth because neither has an idea off the service they supposed to be providing...How do u hire idiots like this that can't understand your request, after explaining them over and over again... Either your airtime runs out or u get tired being made to hold for another department... You just give up.... Its a shame for such a big banking institution to not be able to provide clients with their documents when requested,
