Stay away from NMI Ford N1 city
NMI ford n1 cape town Pathetic service and shocking aftersales Brand new ford ranger of R800k, zero help with my issues and want me to pay to have a look! But i have warranty and found out it’s recall anyway? Sad that no one gives a ****… No ways I’ll ever recommend or go back to a NMI dealership. Ford South Africa wake up!

FORD DP helping me fix my new next-gen Ranger
Craig (the DP) assisted me personally and took matters over and helped me regarding concerns with my next gen ranger. I hope he can get them resolved asap 💪 2023 Ford Ranger XLT Bi-Turbo 4x4 10sp auto - extremely poor headlight projection (from factory), noisy mirror motors (recall), paint defects (from factory), noisy brake booster (when warm), noisy rear suspension (when going off a bumb). Thanks Craig 💪

NEXT-GEN FORD RANGER, RECON & RECALL?
I bought a brand-new 2023 Ford ranger next-gen xlt, supercab, 4x4, bi-turbo, 10 speed auto, pack 6, costing R800k from NMI Ford N1 city, Upon the first wash I found masking tape (inside the gap between door & fender), overspray, damaged bolts on fenders (been worked on) and damaged bolts on bonnet hinges (paint still semi wet & sticky after a year). We tried to get info regarding this but nothing, apparently that's how they got the bakkie from Ford factory. I've emailed the Dealer Principal Craig van den Heever but nothing. The other major issue is the headlights are extremely poor and no use at night, this should be a safety recall as I've seen several other people complaining on this matter. I've been left in the dark "literally" but it's truly sad because other than that the bakkie is amazing.
