I had a personal loan at FNB and settled it on 21 Oct. An email was received from FNB stating that a debit order mandate was canceled. I did a secure chat to request a paid up letter and they sdvised that it would be loaded to my profile after 3 days...still nothing after 4 days. Yet the money is still deducted. I started a secure chat and I've been transferred from department to department 4 times! One of which stated that I should pay R50 for the reversal of MY MONEY. FNB's incompetence is beyond my understanding. Now I have to fight to get my own money back. How ridiculous. Also, after the last transfer, the chat has just been laying there for the past almost 20 minutes with nobody assisting. And I've only been a customer for 2 years with many other things that also took place. And I'm already wanting to leave... I have the names of the employees but I'd rather not. POPIA and all...

I would like to just give credit to Natasha, the manager at Coyote Spur in Zevenwacht mall. To be honest, I needed a little light and she honestly gave me what I needed. From the moment we got to the entrance she made every effort to make me and my family feel comfortable. Our kids actually hugged Natasha as if they knew her since forever. Our first encounter but a memory and I'm sure a relationship that will be built from here. Going out of her way to get us seats close to the play area, swapping our food even when we didn't ask or complain about it. It wasn't to her liking and she gave us a quality meal when she saw the food a little burnt. We appreciate the immense care and quality you provide to your clients. Wendy, our waiter, also gave us a warm friendly smile throughout our experience.. We will visit this spur again just because of the 2 of them. Thank you Natasha and Wendy.
All I can say is thank you! With the challenges and financial instability we face daily, helpful and sincere people are what makes us feel better in many ways. Thank you Andy Jacobs, the first person I encountered at the Parow Branch, for all your efforts to make things a little easier. Andy helped me navigate through the app to find what I was looking for and without hesitance assisted me with things I didn't even know I needed. My reward levels have been skyrocketed from a Level 3 to a level 5 with his assistance. Did I mention that he made me feel absolutely calm and at ease, I needed the document urgently and received the service every client deserves. I travelled and also didn't know about the slow lounge and he introduced me to this as well... If it wasn't for him I probably wouldn't have felt the "soft life". In a world full of stress and bitterness, we need more smiles and friendliness like Andy gave to me.

After cancelling a policy, outsurance proceeds to deduct a full premium amount a month later, now I have to wait for money that's mine. Given that their processes are actually amicable
