Yesterday I bought hair day from dischem the Lo’real Paris is the brand. I purchased the chocolate brownie colour however when I put the dye on it only caught the front roots of my hair I spent R400 on two boxes has I have thick hair and the colour did not catch on my hair. My hair is still the same colour prior to applying the dye and I am not impressed. I celebrated my 23rd and was truly unhappy with the results of the product. Waste of money!!!
Good Morning Team, I am sending this email to dispute the charge on my line of almost R2000 for all those sms sent. Upon further investigation on my side after speaking to your consultant and being sent my printout (itemised billing report) I have determined that I never sent those texts to that number stipulated on my account. Those texts were sent from 12am in the early hours of Monday morning consecutively for about an hour resulting in my line being charged. I have never heard of that company nor have I ever interacted with them in anyway. I can only but determine that those were somehow added to my line by mistake or *****ulently. Since I took out this contract I have not once went over the allocated minutes that I get for free even my sms or data line has never exceeded the threshold offered to me by Vodacom which comes with the line. I need that amount to be removed from my statement please as there is something fishy going on with the charge as never will I send sms's that amount to R2000 never. I am happy to pay my normal billing amount of R240 until my contract is paid up however that charge is *****ulent and I cannot be held responsible for something I never done. Please let me know once it's removed. Thanking you in advance
I am disgusted by the terrible client services I have sent and spoken to an agent whom I can’t recall the name of has this issue has been on going since last year May (2023). I cancelled my clientele perks in May last year (02/05/2023) the person I spoke to informed me that it will be cancelled within 48 hours and I sent an email to ensure that it was cancelled till this day I have been incurring costs of R140 every month for something I do not make use of. I would like to be reimbursed for all the debits that have been going off since I cancelled. I’ve been calling in many times, requesting to be called and no one has gotten back to me their client services are pathetic.
