It's now 19 February 2025 and I moved out 31 December 2024 but getting th run around for my deposit. I'm at wits end at this point.
It took them 3 weeks to cancel a policy and they finally cancelled the week it was supposed to be deducted after bombarding me with calls almost every day. A simple instruction / request to cancel should not take this long. Please do better.
I made an order on Monday 5 May online for instore collection. I still have not received it - 15 days later. Last week, I had to call them only to find that they had not shipped it yet. I emailed again today. I received an email saying that my parcel will be shipped today. So if you order from Sheet Street, you must be ready to spend more on calls and emails. Even then, there is no guarantee that you will receive your parcel, it seems.
I ordered in January and I still have not received anything from them. I am sad to see that they are being liquidated and still took our orders and money. Yho!
I bought a microwave online on Sunday, 25 February 2024 and I have not received it yet. I called them on Friday, 1 March only to realise that they were not aware of the order at all! I was promised that I would receive it yesterday (Monday, 4 March). I STILL HAVE NOT. Sent an email to the store and they gave me a sob story of how they have no stock and are still to get some. I don't understand why they sell stuff they don't have on hand.
