I'm extremely dissatisfied with the management of Live Easy. Here are some of the issues I've experienced: 1. *Multiple Invoices*: I receive multiple invoices in a single month, making it seem like anyone in the office can send invoices without oversight. 2. *Unresponsive*: Emails are consistently ignored, leaving me without necessary communication or resolution. 3. *24/7 Support*: The claim of a 24/7 management team is misleading. When issues arise, there's no prompt response or support. 4. *Noise Complaint*: A noise complaint was handled poorly and unfairly. Despite paying the initial fine, I received another threat for an additional fine. The security guard has since harassed me with unprofessional language every time I enter or leave the premises. 5. ********* Electricity Disconnections*: My electricity was switched off multiple times despite my account being paid up, causing unnecessary inconvenience. 6. *Privacy Violations*: Management takes pictures and videos without permission, and I've heard from fellow tenants that they enter apartments without notice, despite claims to the contrary. Conclusion: Given these issues, I'm extremely disappointed in the service provided by Live Easy. I would caution potential tenants to carefully consider their options before signing a lease.
