On 26 August I got a mail from Bonitas. In that mail they tell me a overpayment was made. The overpayment can be due to 6 reasons, and they give you the possible reasons with a amount. My question is now so I must pay you an amount due to possible reasons. Whaaat? Am I not suppose to get the account to see where over payment accured? 2 September we phoned your call Centre spoke to Tabi Moeketsi. We asked about this over payment. We had a query about a referral to a specialist that we had a authority number for and. The specialist wanted my husband to come back after 3 months for another check up, and now you tell us we must have gone back to a GP again for another authority number for the follow up. The next question was about the Booster that you can activate. On the adverti*****t it read. Pay for any out of hospital claims. No one can answer our questions on this one because it seems this is false adverti*****t because your Booster cover almost nothing. After talking to Tabi Moeketsi and not getting the answers we asked for. I send you a mail to memps@medscheme on 2 September. You acknowledge receiving the mail. Rev number 020924QH8BMN Up until today 16 September I did not get any answer from Bonitas. I even did the survey on how "helpful" Tabi Moeketsi was, and in the survey told you I am still waiting for my answer. Today Bonitas send me a mail if I do not pay the R216 that they can not explain to me, my medical aid will be suspended. My monthly payments is done every month on time with late joiner amounts and all. But this medical aid is not treating me fairly. This is bullying your members big time. I will not recommend that you join this medical aid at all.

Shall I call it my journey with plumblink and Ariston. Don't know if I must laugh or cry. Worst service ever. Let's start with plumblink Hercules. The one in van der Hoff Rd. Wanted to buy 4 water heaters for Batchelor flats. Ask the guy if it will work for showers. He said it will. Ask him if we can order, or buy 4 of the heaters that is on special. First he wants to charge more than the special. After that is sorted. He tells us we must pay the courier fee for him to get the heaters for us from there Durban branch. So he expects customers to pay the fee for moving stock between branches. Thats so weird. We tried Woodmead. A lady help us to get 3 of them to the Woodmead branch. We drove from Pretoria to fetch it. She arrange 1 more at Centurion. Drove there picked it up. The guy there also told us that it will work for a shower, because lots of hairdresser use it in saloons. 3 Batchelor flats installed 2, and the 3rd one was taken out of the box for installation. Tenant phoned us no warm water. Tried it. Not warm water that you would expect for a shower. Went to Gezina plumblink for advice. This guy really tried to help. Gave us a number of a Maruis to phone. Rep for Ariston. Phoned him. He can not help, give it trough to a colleague This colleague was suppose to come and see us. Because warenty expires if you take the unit out. He phone us. Tell us sorry you need a geyser, that will not work for a shower. That heater makes 3 litre warm water in a minute on restricted flow according to him. R8000 spend, now I must spend R15000 more. Doesn't have a choice we take the heaters out, replace with grysers, tenants need hot water. It is after all almost winter. Ask at Gezina branch if we can get a refund. No we must take it back to Woodmead. Drove from Pretoria to Woodmead. Lady helping us is Eylenda. Sorry Sir we can only refund the one that is not opened yet. She phone a Rep for us by the name of Garth Gradidge. He say if you install it and take it out they do not do any refunds. Eylenda then phone a manager for advice. He is not eager to help at all, not willing to even talk to us on the phone. She phone another guy Kenneth . Same tipe of story but it is said he will look into the matter. Just a step better than we can not help you. Told Eylenda that the other branches told us it will work. Her reply is. Some of them will tell customers anything to sell the product. Another one of those customers must pay to move stock between branches moments. I ask this Eylenda for the names and surname of the rep se talked to. She only give me the name. I asked again for the surname. Then I was met by a irritating sigh, and you can say a bit of attitude. Next step cashier for my one refund. Can't be paid into the account I paid with must be a credit card. Credit card also do not work. Now I must fill in a refund form. Starting to fill it in, security puts off the lights because the store is closing. I must stand and fill in forms with a cellphone light. This is just ridiculous. Plumblinks *********** untrained personnel give wrong info that cost met R6000 and I must smile and wave. Ariston is so happy I bought the wrong product and treated it in a manner so that I can not claim my money back according to them. They are not even willing to listen to the situation. The moral of the story is I do not nead a replacement or repair on this heaters. So it is not a warranty issue. I need to give it back because it was sold to me under false pretence and does not do the job I bought it for. I do not hold my breath that this 2 companies will do any thing about my problem but I do want to warn people to rather do business with beter companies than these. I've lost R6000. We bought a chrome clear glass shower screen, make Crystaltech, Model CTSHF7096CH at CTM in February. Opened it on a carpet in a room, not to damage it and then 3 guys picked it up and carried it to the bathroom. Mid air all of a sudden it seems that the screen just shuttered into a thousand peaces. Hands were scratched and my husband got quiet a lot of cuts over his stomach area. We phoned CTM. They said we must send a mail they will look into the matter. Mail was send no answer. Phoned again. Same story they now needed photos to be added to another mail. Telling us that one of the screens in one of there stores also shattered when they opened it. We were phoned back by a lady making a mocery of the photos because the scratches of the injured was also added. Told us she will get back to us. Needless to say still waiting. R3800 lost it seams on our side. No answer. Seems like they just don't care. Just want to worn people that this product is not save. If that screen would have burst while the diabetic, that the shower was installed for, was in it, that would have been a disaster. Because wounds do not heal that eazy on a diabetics feet. If elderly people is using that shower they will get really hurt, and for n child it could cause lot of damage to there face, and eyes. Because most of the scratches was on hands and stomach area of the carriers of that glass. Please be save people, do not buy this product. CTM if you feel like replying to my review. Vra toe vir n defnitiewe datum van aflewering. Hulle kan dit nie verskaf nie. +++++ reken my dis absurd om te verwag hy moet vir my n dag datum en tyd van aflewering kan gee. As jy vra vir n deposito terugbetaling word jy geignoreer. Ek wag nou presies 5 maande vir my bestelling. Het geen antw gekry. Die skool vir wie hy gewerk het, het hom ingedoen en nie betaal. Skool se naam kan nie verskaf word nie. Hulle adverteer nog steeds tafels ens vir verkoping op fb groepe, maar kan nie hulle bestellings of refunds doen nie. ++++ en ++++ is die mees arogante mense met wie ek al ooit besigheid gedoen het. Hulle het geen gevoel vir jou as hulle klient nie. Jy kan nie net mense se depositos vat en gebruik en aan hulle geen produk lewer of n refund gee sou hulle dit vereis nie. Hulle dink seker omdat hulle besigheid toe gemaak het dat hulle bo die gereg is. Ek gaan defnitief stappe teen hulle neem. Sien ook ek is nie die enigste een wat die probleme ondervind nie.
