Worst service and charges incorrect fees. I have been waiting for someone from complaints, manager or team leader to reach out to me for weeks now, no calls just emails stating I've been charged for services that was not used, on an account i requested to be closed on a zero balance and they failed to do that.
Order placed with in stock items, for an expected date, now suddenly there is no stock and my order get split etc. what am i to do arriving at a birthday without the gift? And delivery is just as bad, either too many boxes or items not even boxed, for everyone too see what you ordered, no privacy. But the advertising in stock and then delaying the order is very bad. So frustrating.
Several call backs requests - NOT HONORED Zero's out my account - requested closure - account not closed, charged incorrect fees, more than the monthly fee is, requested someone to call me to get it sorted NO ONE BOTHERS TO CALL ME, the Secure chat consultants are *********** and the customer service is getting terrible!!!
If you have little girls, STAY AWAY, even if you love your own ears. These earrings are made from ****, cheap materials but sold at expensive prices. Every pair we bought for my daughter caused an infection. The so-called “silver” coating wore off quickly. The infection took so long to heal that her ear holes actually closed. Now she has to go through the pain of getting her ears re-pierced just to wear earrings she was excited about. Completely unacceptable. I might as well have ordered from Temu—probably better quality.
My review was answered and then nothing, and still they are trying to collect prior to my debit order date, 4 years still not resolved.
They keep trying to debit my account 5 days prior to my actual debit date, this has been going on for 4 years, every month i have to call in and complain, nothing is being done about it.
This banks online service has gone to s@#$, no assistance, not updating details as required now i have to waste time to go to a stupid branch, where the service is worse
Terrible everything. customer service, call center service and network assistance, TERRIBLE. I've been without internet for few days, logged several complaints telephonically and just nothing has been done. i have too keep paying for something that is not working, cant work from home, literally can't do anything, no service and their agents sounds like robots reading of a script. Literally less that 1 star
Rebel food in Atlasville, management is terrible and the cashiers not friendly at all. Perhaps go grab a course on customer service.
They charge you for everything, even follow-up appointments that are only necessary because of their mistakes. There’s zero customer service. They won’t pick up the phone to discuss your results, but the moment they want money, suddenly they’re available. It's all about the money with them, not the care, not the service, just money, money, money.
