STILL NO COMMUNICATION ACCOUNT BLOCKED
STILL AWAITING ASSISTANCE FROM THE INVESTIGATING OFFICER FOR MY CASE, MY ACCOUNT WAS ABRUPTLY RESTRICTED AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. I ONLY FOUND OUT YESTERDAY THAT THEY HAVE BEEN SENDING EMAILS TO THE WRONG EMAIL SO I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM. Please email arethahhm@gmail.com if you see this!!!

ACCOUNT BLOCKED NO COMMUNICATION
THEY LOCKED MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION AND WHEN I LEFT A REVIEW HERE THEY VIEWED THE COMPLAINT AND STILL DID NOT CONTACT ME! I ONLY RECEIVED A MESSAGE SAYING CASE IS CLOSED BUT MY ACCOUNT IS STILL BLOCKED!!!

Terrible Service
Very awful bank. They blocked my account without even notifying me. I have refunded the client and no one has made an attempt to communicate anything from the get go. I've literally been chasing them and still no response

Awful service
I have had the worst experience with these people. They blocked my account with no communication . The investigating officer Achmat benett literally stopped communicating with me and my account has been blocked for over two months even though the case was closed
