I am insured by King Price. My car was ****** in December 2022.I have received a fine on this car in May this year. I have contacted King price Multiple times to address this issue as the fines should not be against my name. Multiple e-mail send and multiple calls made. NO FEEDBACK. I need to renew my License, and I cannot do it because of the fine.
I have opened FNBy Transaction account for my daughter on the 7th of July 2024. I submitted all documentation as requested. I received the sms that the card has arrived at the Branch which I have requested. We went to the Lifestyle center branch in Centurion , only to be told the channel that I used must upload the fica documents. I send the fica documentation multiple times. We went back the branch in september only to be informed that the card has been cancelled. A new card had to be issued. A card replacement fee of R130.00 was charged to my daughters account which is an absolute failure of FNB.
I logged a claim on the 19th of February 2024 for an aircon that started burning. I had to do all the follow up on the claim. I was first advised that the initial contractor declined the work. The second contractor came and assessed the matter. I had to call every week to understand the progress. Up till today 19th March NO FEEDBACK. I had to call every time. I will NOT recommend BetterSure and are now actively looking for a different home structure insurance provider.
