. Good morning, I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my African Bank account, which has been placed on hold without my consent. I have made several attempts across different branches to resolve this matter, but unfortunately, I have received little to no assistance — until I visited your Senwabarwana branch. I would like to commend Mr. Monyamane from that branch. He went above and beyond in his efforts to assist me, and his professionalism is truly appreciated. Despite submitting sufficient proof regarding the current funds in my account, I am now being asked to provide proof of payment for deposits made in 2020. I find this request both unreasonable and irrelevant, especially considering that the current funds in the account are unrelated to those past transactions. At this point, I am not interested in reactivating or continuing with this account. All I ask is that the funds currently in my account be released to me without further delay. I hope this matter will be treated with the urgency and fairness it deserves.
I don't know the reason why there is a call centre department for assisting with details updates when there is no turn around service time? i am waiting almost 3 months now for a link. their service is totally ****en unacceptable!
They lie about the conditions of their car. I bought a Hyundai I20 last year and was told that it was accident free but it was not so.
****ing unbearable service! I have been waiting for my rain rooter to be delivered and till today I am still waiting for a call. I have been sending emails giving correct contact details and delivery address but no one is getting back to me. How can we recommend your courier company to anyone if this is the level of service offered?
Hi, I am very much disappointed with the service that I am getting from standard Bank. The ***** department froze my account after a payment was made from my tenant because FNB is investigating the person's account. I am failing to understand how they freeze my account without my knowledge? Right now I'm trying to access funds and I can't. I want to know if anyone would ask their debtor where they got the money to pay them from? I mean it doesn't make sense. Right now I provided them with the required documents and still not getting assistance. Tell me what must I do standard bank because I have an emergency on my side?
