Terrible customer service from cashier to management. The management has no idea how their own system works struggling with them for payment to be processed by their bank from 21st December nobody follows up I need to run around. Christine store manager has been helpful to a point but not coming back as she needs to wait on HR don't know how HR handles payment and refund queries the finance department just so clueless and the cashiers think they know everything but stupid.

Lizette Steenkamp at Heynes and Partners Inc bad name for your business
Lizette Steenkamp at Heynes Partners Inc have no manners no way of speaking of dealing with clients rude women. Tried making arrangement with her she never responds to emails and then threatening with legal action. I called her asked why she never responded to email for making an arrangement she bluntly said I'm not going to respond I'm proceeding with legal action. This is all so that she can make incentives. I have all communication between myself and this LIZETTE women rude no customer service. I would like to get a call from her senior. She shouldn't be dealing with people at all lack of people skills and giving your company a bad name hungry vultures.

Bad service
I never thought a well established company as Alex Forbes can provide such **** service. I'm struggling for over a month now with my withdrawal from the fund. Every time the call center telling me they going to escalate it to fund administrators and today to a team leader. Seems like there is no telephones at AF nor fund administrators as nobody gets back to me they tell me to call back to follow up and when I do than it needs to be escalated. I want to know what's happening what's the hold up. No answers I would never advise anyone to invest with Alexander Forbes. Useless

Atm *****ing money
I made a deposit at ATM got slip saying technical error and money was retained. I logged a complaint at the branch received 2 reference numbers and an sms saying outcome me declined. I queried this branch advised atm balanced need to contact or email call center which i did with no luck or feedback on my email. Is Nedbank atms *****ing money now? I sit with my proof my money was retained and no one interested in helping ng me getting my money back. Would like a maanger to call me back asap pathetic service wouldn't recommend Nedbank to anyone
