I shared my problems and my review was removed what is the meaning of this. TFG stop asking me for money, I paid off the account and I even threw your card December 2025, so please stop calling me and sending me statements. Stop ****ming people!! You the worst, stop contacting me and asking for moneyI'll also stop posting.
I'm so frustrated, I payed off my account and asked them to cancel everything, I do not wanna be charged for anything, they said I won't be charged for anything, they cancelled. Now they calling me non stop saying I'm owing, that's nonsense, I paid off my account for a reason. Please remove me from all your nonsense please! And stop asking for money and calling me.
PUBLIC COMPLAINT – CELL C ACCOUNT & PRIVACY ISSUES I am extremely frustrated with ongoing issues with my Cell C account. Despite making all payments: My statements do not reflect the payments I have made. The balance remains unchanged as if I never paid. Additionally, I have received emails containing other customers’ confidential documents, which is a serious privacy violation under POPIA. I am currently unemployed and was never informed about any protection or cover plan to assist in this situation. I have repeatedly tried to resolve this directly with Cell C, but the issues remain unresolved. I have now sent a Letter of Demand to Cell C. If this matter is not resolved urgently: I will escalate to ICASA, the National Consumer Commission, and the Information Regulator I will pursue legal remedies if necessary I am demanding that Cell C urgently: 1️⃣ Correct my account and update all payments 2️⃣ Stop sending emails containing other customers’ confidential documents 3️⃣ Provide written confirmation that my account is fully updated and resolved
Very very bad, I feel like I'm being ****med, we had a payment agreement, but now they just sucking me dry and the money is not even reducing, still in the same amount. I'm very ****ed, very disappointed and angry, why do these companies not keep to their agreements with the customers🚮. I keep getting different representatives asking me to pay on different accounts every time.
Their communication is bad and they don't deliver as promised it feels as if you are being ****med
Firstly they do not reply to customers emails, I made payments arrangements with them multiple times since I was facing unforseen circumstances, they never responded, my contract was permanently closed without my knowledge and now they failing to resolve the issue, they made me call more than 5 times, using my airtime telling me different STORIES, after waiting for days and weeks waiting for feedback, I'm always running after them. There's 6 payments I've done, they say they can't see them on the system, I attached my proof of payments twice, still no solution. I was being billed for my other contract that I already paid off in July without my knowledge and my contract wasn't canceled after I asked for cancelation since JULY!, my number was suspended without my knowledge too 😡😡😡. There's money CELLC C owes me, I called for payment allocation, there's this girl called TUMELO she was rude to me and dismissed me after giving her my details and she said they incorrect and hanged up, it's like she didn't want to talk, people like her do not deserve the job. Please hire people who want to work and deserve the job !!!! Some sales consultants there should just be fired because they doing nonsense and lazy to work. I regret opening a contract with CELL C 🚮🚮🚮🚮 PLEASE DO NOT OPEN A CONTRACT WITH CELLC!!!!!! YOU'LL SUFFER!!!!!!! 😡😡😡🚮🚮🚮 I wish I could give it 0 reviews, it doesn't even deserve the 1 star. SALES CONSULTANT CALLED TUMELO MUST LOSE HER JOB! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!

Thembakazi Mbalane has assisted me in a formal and straight forward way, the service was quick, she was responding effectively and answering what I have asked correctly. Great service! People like her are needed in the department.
