No wishy washy service
Our Hisense washing machine stopped working and we contacted the shop we bought it from as it is still under warranty. We were told that we would have to wait until the lockdown restrictions are lifted before a technician will come out. I contacted Hisense directly via their internet page. They responded within the hour and requested more information. Within 24 hours we had a service request number and a job card reference number. We were also given advice on cleaning a filter (that is not in their manual) after which our machine is working again. Thank you for your excellent service.

Still advertising, but no service from OneDayOnly
I have often bought from OneDayOnly and up until now have been happy with their service. Our order for a StrohBerry Amsterdam Wall Mounted Plasma Floating Feature was confirmed on the 28th of November. The expected delivery date was the 12th of December. I have been asking for an update on our order since the 12th of November, but I only receive the automated response with the request reference number.

Huisgenoot cannot count
Last year I renewed my annual subscription, only to be told on month 11 that I need to renew. I did so, and only after paying, was I told that the annual subscription will expire in 10 months.

No refund on defective goods
I ordered an electronic toothbrush that was delivered on Friday 7 November 2015. But the brushes were not included in the packaging. On Monday 8 November 2015 I asked for it to be returned and for me to be refunded. The collection only happened on the 20 of November 2015! And I am still waiting for my refund although I have been told that it was made 10 of December 2015. I get no response to my enquiries and have requested the proof of payment. Needless to say, I did not receive either the proof of payment or the refund.

The service received from Eezi Move for the transportation of our furniture from Gauteng to Kleinbaai in the Western Cape was excellent. <br> <br> Annali was always patient and helpful, Jacob and his team were friendly, professional and very efficient during the loading process. Please convey our gratitude to them.<br> <br> The regular updates on progress were much appreciated.
