I would like to write a review about 1st for Women
I received my refund from them after 4 months of calling non-stop, and them not replying to my emails. I had to come to hello Peter to write a review. #blackfriday
On the 28th of September 2025, I placed an order of a T-shirt. Today it is the 14th of October 2025 and I have not received any form of communication or my order. 10 working days has passed and I have not received my order. I tried calling but no one answered the call. I called different branches/ stores and I was told they do not deal with online orders.
It doesn’t even deserve one star. On the 26th May 2025 I app**** for Visa to Czech Republic. Then on the 5th of June 2025 I received a call from Nokulunga saying I won't be needing a visa because I'll be travelling with an official passport. I then received an email with a refund request application form. I sent the form on the 5th. On the 11th July I received an email saying I should submit the small receipt I get after I payed. I did send the receipt and received an email to say they received it. On the 29th of July I sent an email asking about my refund and Nokulunga told me the refund team is still dealing with it. It is the 1st of September today and I haven't heard anything, and still haven't received my refund. I sent several emails but no response.
They don’t even deserve any star😡 Telkom is the worst service provider ever. They deducted R1100 on the 15th and my monthly bill is R579. Today is the 18th and my account is suspended for what I don’t know. When I called the so called “Thabiso” says I must wait until 2 weeks for my phone to be unsuspended.
Early December I received an email saying my monthly debit will be on the 31st December 2024 due to holidays, and not on the 15th. On the 31st December Telkom did not debit the money. January I paid R579 twice at checkers. February my invoice was saying I owe R627.05 which I do not know where does it come from. And now march my account is being suspended. I never had an agreement with Telkom to debit on the 31st, my agreement was that they debit on the 15th or 16th of every month. Now my account is in arrears because they say I missed the payments. While Telkom is the one that did not debit their money. And worst part is January I paid twice but they still wanted me to pay extra R228 month end.
On the 7th june i bought Vans classic slip on size 5. the size was too big so i looged in an exchage to size 4. Size 4 turned out to be big also to i logged a return and refund. the shoes were collected on the 18th june, and the status said approved. it has been more than a month and i have not gotten my refund. i called and i was told by two different consultants that they are escalating the matter. instead of refunding me they sent take alot people to come collect shoes, which shoes because they collected them on the 18th june and it was approved. They must just give me my money back.
Been waiting for my parcel since the 29th February. the tracking update status has been saying "in dispatch" since the 08th of march 2024 and has never changed ever again. Been sending Buffalo several messages on WhatsApp but they stopped replying to my messages. I call them almost everyday and they give me different stories. either they say they have escalated the matter, the other one said my parcel was misplaced and it will be delivered within 72 hours but 72 hours has passed long ago and I am still waiting. I did pay rates and taxes on the 29th February 2024. Now they no longer answer my calls or replay to my WhatsApp messages.
