have been unable to make my MTN SuperFlex payment for more than a week, despite trying every possible channel. I attempted payment through the MTN website and app (both failed), and I even went to an MTN store, where I was told they cannot assist and that I must call 135. When I called 135 today at 12:02, the experience was completely unacceptable. The agent: Referred me back to the website without assisting Could not guide me through the process when I asked for help Said his own contract type means he “knows nothing about SuperFlex” Claimed he would speak to a supervisor who then refused to come to the phone Refused to give me his name Refused to give me a reference number Ultimately refused to help me at all I am shocked that after a full week of trying to resolve this, MTN still cannot assist me with a simple SuperFlex payment or provide competent customer service. I request: That MTN listens to the call recording from 12:02 today and confirms whether they believe this behaviour is acceptable. Confirmation of what action MTN plans to take regarding the agent’s conduct. Immediate assistance to reactivate and process payment for my SuperFlex account. This has caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. I need this resolved urgently.
I purchased diesel at engen in centurion and i entered a competetion on the speedpoint, i was also given a pamphlet to scan and attatch my slip with where i was taken to a spin and win page, it showed that i wont R1000 voucher and that i will get an email shortly with the details. This happened yesterday around 13:30 and until now i havent received an email. I have checked the SPAM folder, refreshed and refreshed. Is this real or was this a ****? i got this pamphlet with QR code from service consultant at Jean Avenue
I am writing this highly disappointed by a company I’ve been loyal to for over 18 years. I ordered fibre from them only to find out it’s ran by a pathetic company called SuperSonic . I was promised I would have fibre installed by today since yesterday was a public holiday. I never got a call to arrange installation and I called this morning and was told they will call me back. I have been waiting for their call since the morning . I’ve explained how I work from home, how I can’t even do anything without the Internet and they promised to have the installation done today. I’m yet to receive a call to even schedule anything. I contacted MTN and they gave me a number I’m supposed to call that takes 2hrs then the call it’s cancelled before I speak to anyone then it means me and them won’t work. So rather we leave this before you activate my service. I am so disappointed because I’ve been an MTN subscriber for almost 20 years, you advertised this as your services but you have given it to a pathetic company to run. Have you never seen their hellopeter reviews ? I wish I did before I ordered
If I could give them a 0 I would, never ever call these people out when you have an emergency. I had it in Jan, I googled locksmith around because I didn’t want to go the insurance route I thought it would be longer. Their cheap call out fee is what attracted me however when they get to your place they tell you they can’t give a price yet then they take out your lock only to charge R3800. The WhatsApp line will act like every “independent” contractor charges their own prize and they aren’t involved however they are all in the ****. This is a **** and never fall for it.
Anyway I just wanted to share my frustration with fnb, it’s the second if not the third time I go through this with them. I have two bonds, a car, credit card and overdraft with them. They basically own me. I try to a re-advance on my bond they decline me asking for all sorts of ridiculous things including a maintenance court order from my baby daddy whom I live with and he deposits money into my account with them. Last time I went through all of that until I threw a tantrum. I’ve never missed a payment , paid late, defaulted and gave them issues on all my debt. I will now sell my property, hope to settle my debt and move from them. It’s weird that I pre qualify for 350k loans, overdraft and credit card limit increase but they decline a re-advance on my home loan to pay for my son’s medical bills possibly because the interest rate is low. This bank will never be there for you when you need them the most. I’m highly disappointed.
I have emailed sclientcare 7 days ago no response, I’ve tried WhatsApp, the call center opened 21 min ago and I’ve been holding for 18 min they are so busy already. I thought the two pot frenzy would have died down by now so that we can get some assistance. I can’t access my member portal because I’m a corporate client and there is a mess up with my personal email that I used to register and one my work place used.

My mother bought a toyota tazz a while ago using Toyota Financial Services. She paid it up in September 2009 and got a letter to say so. However she didnt know what she had to request Natis documents from them. Last year she sold the car to somebody else and now the ownership has to be transferred to the new owner. However the car is still on Toyota Financial service name even though its paid up. The traffic department wont let the car to be transferred to the new owner's name obviously. My mother has been going back and forth. We contacted Toyota and talked to one of the consultants who says we must get a letter from traffic saying the car is on Toyota's name. But he cant say what kind of a letter all he knows is that its from there. How will the traffic department know who was financing the car? My mother has sent an email to Toyota Financial Services on monday and there is still not any response and the new owner thinks we are frauds. Can you guys organize that these papers are couried to my mother so that she can put this matter to rest with the new owner please
