Extremely poor workmanship
Extremely pathetic service from this mechanic shop. They are overpriced for the work they do not even complete. Very low degree of workmanship and inexperienced folk when it comes to dealing with your car. Be wary when taking your car here as it would leave with more issues than it came in with. My car is a testament to that.

The level of assistance I received from the agent Nishani is appalling. She responds when she feels like it and cannot solve the actual issue being reported but is quick to transfer the conversation over. Anything to get it over with. Pineapple continues to amaze me at how bad an insurance provider they are. Be wary of signing up for companies of this kind as fhey have not been in the industry long enough to keep up or provide service at the level of your industry giants such as Miway or Outsurance. Pay thay extra for reliability and reputation that Pineapple cannot deliver.

Worst mistake I made was thinking I can leave miway for pineapple. As much as Miway had flaws they showed up everytime. My issues started with pineapples non-existent support first and foremost then onwards to having to call into sales each time to report issues because support doesn't exist. These issues all occurred with them duplicating my vehicle om my policy and billing me for a car they confirmed was removed off my policy but was not come debit day. All this before even starting the policy... Thank God I'm leaving sooner than learning how bad of an insurance provider they are in the long run.

Terrible experience at BMMPower! Brought in my BMW X1 2010 for timing chain diagnostics, but received no report despite being billed for the service. Their phone diagnosis was not only wrong but way off from the actual issue. Instead of addressing the timing chain problem as I suspected, they insisted it was a rod knock. Another mechanic later confirmed their incompetence as the issue wasn't rod knock at all! Still waiting for the report, but it's clear BMMPower's mechanics are clueless with BMWs. Don't risk your vehicle here—choose competence over chaos!

Disingenuous Business
I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of competence displayed by the staff at Soapy Rides Carwash and Valet Centre, particularly in the area of air conditioning regassing. On multiple occasions, when faced with a malfunctioning machine, instead of acknowledging the issue, the staff hastily attributed it to problems with my vehicle. However, I took proactive steps to confirm otherwise by seeking a second opinion directly from the manufacturer. To my relief, they found no issues with my vehicle and promptly completed the regassing process on-site, at a significantly lower cost than what I had been charged at Soapy Rides. Despite their failure to fulfill the services I paid for due to their staff's incompetence and the malfunctioning machine, Soapy Rides adamantly refused to issue a refund. This refusal is unjustifiable and highlights their disregard for customer satisfaction and fair business practices. I caution anyone considering their services to beware of their unprofessionalism and ********* behavior. Giving them even one star is overly generous in light of their poor service and dishonest practices.
