I made arrangements to pay this month some of the areas of last month, I paid today R600 in their account and contacted them via chat on their website earlier and spoke to Moneeba who couldn't get hold of whatever department, in the meantime they cut our internet off!! I'm canceling with them and they must pay my R600 back and I'll find another service provider because I've been with them for years but just cut us off when the payment goes directly into their account that they get immediately!
I sent a complaint via email with pictures to Pier Passerini on Thursday about their 30 tray of small eggs that have a few tinier eggs in between small eggs and he didn't even bother replying! I cracked one of the tinier eggs today with a small egg to make and was disgusted by the tiny egg, the yolk was like a white ball of who knows what, I was totally out off!! Their eggs are disgusting!
I was just on a call that lasted 10 mins and 8 seconds, holding because they decided to waste your time and airtime with computer taking you to several levels before putting you through to a human and then the lady I spoke to put me on hold (not sure for what reason) and the phone was put down. I wanted to know what date I closed my personal account and she has my new number as I gave it but not even a curtesy call back! Now I still don't know when the account was closed and am R20 short in airtime now!
Bought the burger special today like the weeks before as we've now made Friday burger night because of the special and I ONLY buy the beef although last week they had beef and they had cheese patties because I hate something that is boerie flavored other than boerewors itself, I don't even like boerewors much. I bought double the special as we are 8 people and these patties have a horrible boerewors after taste even though I took beef!! Dinner ruined by boerie patties, I'm not sure what they were doing there in store when packing it, also since I'm complaining, the lettuce is really 3rd class this week, edges are browning, they looked really sad, if it wasn't for boerewors flavored patties I wouldn't have said much about the lettuce but here we are! I've taken a picture of the wrapping and I have a picture of the till slip but no function on here to upload. Also have a lot of the lettuce as I sorted pieces that looked edible from the two packs
Agent called me yesterday regarding a problem I'm having with the app, got a phone call this morning again where she informed me they still working on the issue and I'll get feedback in 24 hours. She was very helpful and friendly. Her voice was very pleasant. Need more of her in all consumer departments in every company as she is a breath of fresh air
Not long ago I bought the pick n pay all grain white eggs 18 tray at the Center point branch, there were 3 eggs rotten, one was black and I had just put new oil in pan, I was disgusted and threw egg down drain, had to wash out pan AGAIN and put new oil in AGAIN. The day before yesterday I bought a 6 pack of these eggs again as I prefer these white eggs over the normal eggs, the 4th egg brownish in the pan of new oil! I was disgusted and I'm now just put off eggs! I took a picture of the egg in pan before throwing it away and have decided now that enough is enough with the rotten eggs!
I was yesterday in the montague gardens branch to enquire about a deceased relative if there was anything with them. I was assisted by Brandon who couldn't see anything on pc even though there was a profile of grandmother. He took my number and email address saying he would call me, it's 24 hours later and no call. Tried calling the branch it goes to some stupid answering thing that wastes your airtime holding on to stupid rambling!
I had to come lodge a complaint here because pick n pay doesn't bother responsing on their Facebook page. Their center point branch doesn't answer phone!! Been trying to call because I was charged for an extra packet of simba chips on Saturday when I only bought one!! They can also look on their cameras and see, it was at 13:40, I think till 3, cashier's name is Mancu J Mancu
Was looking for my father's license plate number and they told me I could register and add his ID to see if there are fines. Didn't find any but that was a great help and start.
They renting out stands to foreigners who instead of repairing your phone break it more so you must come back and pay each time to have the new problem fixed and when you contact the center management team they not bothered either!
