On Monday 2026-03-16 at 19:00, my Zoomflex router lost internet connection, on Tuesday 2026-03-17 at 08:30 I logged a complaint about the internet connection, I received a message from Zoomflex "A support ticket has been logged (Ref: ZF000EFJH). Our team will contact you within our 2–4 day SLA to assist with resolving the issue."I'm currently working at home and I watch television through streaming, it's not guaranteed that they will come on the stipulated time, I'm not happy with their service, I can't wait for so many days for the problem to be fixed.
Telkom debited my account, on the 14 July 2025 my account was locked for no reason, when I call their call Centre they are promising to open my lines, it's been three days my lines are still locked, what a poor service from Telkom 😡
On Saturday 2025-02-01 at 20:25 I was at Pedro's Lenasia, I wanted to buy a meal, I was told that the chicken is finished, I can't get any meal, the question is What time does your restaurant close? I find it very amusing that at that time the shop does not have chicken to serve for the customers?
I'm so disappointed with your their services, I made a payment today 2024-06-03 at 11:01,now at 16:20 my services have disconnected, asking myself that they don't have an automated service for payment, I am now being inconvenienced by your poor services this happens every month😡😡😡
I made a payment today 2024-03-29 at 14:19,when I got home my internet connection was disconnected, it is the last day of making payments, why must they disconnect my services at 16:00,rather than 23:59?i made a payment, they must not make my problem theirs! If the payment don't reach them on time, i made a payment, I expect to be serviced as I made a payment, they must improve their payment services, as this is bringing inconvenience to me as a customer!
