Stupid rude *******s employed to harass people.
There is a trend that the rude, unpolished non entities from the company have a habit of engaging of people in a rude, demeaning manner. Much as these *******s call to collect the money NOT OWED TO THEM PERSONALLY, they don't have to engage me like I am financially obligated to them. there is a ***** that never identified herself who spoke to me like we are friends or even share a man. There is a sickening habit of them asking "how are you?".....if I have to train them is that you exchange pleasantries with someone closest to one...she kept on saying how are you ? how are you ? I doubt if they have Q.A. that listened to their calls ? So please this escalation is a humble request for any dog from this useless company not to call me. I cannot be spoken to like their fellow dunderhead. Respect begets respect, & game recognizes game.

Disgusting service from FNB, acting like a gutter bank with no compliance, feedback & reverting to the people that it freely abuses.
I am sickened by the manner in which FNB handles it business. My mobile was suspended for e wallet option WITHOUT EVEN A CHEAP CALL FROM A SO CALLED INVESTIGATOR shakie maphidi. I had to go to the branch and spent more that an hour on the phone, (whilst having abandoned my class as I am a Performance Management coach) It was said that the case would be referred back to that irresponsible human being (I am saying this as I travelled to Zambia & waited for someone who owed me to pay me through e wallet, only to be told that my number was invalid. I reached out to the network operator & they advised me that my mobile was functional, & there was nothing wrong on their side. I still reverted back to FNB and had to call their ***** dept., STILL NOTHING AS THERE WAS DELIBERATION. After escalating an e mail to a very helpful Tlhale Lekuduba, traction started taking place. An e mail was later received that the suspension was lifted from my mobile. I received an e wallet & they provided a fraction of that amount only. Where does the rest go to and why cant I get my full amount ? Why must I be like this I got 100 instead of my full 174.00. Can someone advise me on what is happening.

Poor information provision !
Government institutions are whack & the little information that their employees have things it is gold.....SIES. They boast,brag and never include ALL the required information. Ill informed dunderheads !

Poor service on everything including the balance.
Still has not received a response from this entity about what they have done. Ok....let me do this &d see if they will respond. How much balance do I owe you for me to fully close the account ?

Superior harassment after reference details furnished.
A reference information was provided as per request when account was opened as it is the norm for all SA entities. Details of my superior were furnished for employment confirmation to be undertaken, & it has surfaced that she has been called incessantly & daily ! What an unnecessary feat ! This is not supposed to happen & may this be immediately suspended as this is an order. Pls remove my superior's details from your records as i have my details & paying you.
