I booked on their website and they canceled my reservation without any communication even though I had called them requesting details it's so unfortunate and i wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
I received great service from Kamohelo Ralekholela at the consumer care he is highly trained, patient and sympathic he doesnt rush to answer but he listens and then provide solutions
They are the worst i wouldn't recommend it to anyone they deduct crazy amounts of money twithought your consent. so i have a premium of R201 and they sometimes debit R800 OR R850 instead of R201 they are bad and they are a ****.
