I'm extremely frustrated. On February 25th, 2025, I purchased a Premio TAB7.1 from Ackerman's South Gate. Now, from yesterday, it has stopped charging. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy this brand—it clearly isn't durable. It's been less than a month, and now the store is telling me that if I bought it more than 14 days ago, I have to wait for it to be repaired. This is completely ridiculous.

This Company is the Worst Company I've ever bought from I bought a smart pro tv box special R599. they told me that their turn around time for delivery is 7 to 10 days, I then proceeded to tell them that I want to buy but the delivery takes long. they misled me by saying Place and order when you send your order ill try and make arrangements with the courier. After hearing that I proceeded to pay and send them the order number that was the 29th March24. immediately an automated message about 7-10 days ,I then referred them to what they said they blue tick me no reply, the following day when I try to find out I was told that 7 to10 days &there is no need for me to text every day .every time I try to remind them of what they said they ignored me. you know the problem is not so much the 10 days waiting period it's the attitude, arrogance it's like you dealing with a robot not human. when I told who ever I was talking to that they being rude they assured me that my order will be delivered next week and that was last week, and they will send me a tracking pin a day before my order will be delivered so that I can arrange for someone to receive it. But this week they not saying 7 to 10 days they are saying approximately 10 days. these people they don't even deserve a 1 star rating the way they are so bad. for starters on the chat the person you talking to doesn't even introduce themselves by name when I asked why is that I was told this chat is operated by different people which is lame cause I've had service where you on live chat the person always introduce themselves. Andowl staff don't introduce themselves on the chat ,you never know who you talking to. they never apologize even if you tell them you not happy with their service, they refer you to 7-10 days even if you are complaining about their service while on their website three client speaks highly of them and they claim they deliver fast. Andowl lies ,disrespect clients Please guys don't buy anything from this store,im regretting my purchase big time. I'm even afraid to ask for a refund because if delivery take half a month how long will a refund take? the one that I bought from their address is in Pretoria at some point I said I did suggest that I want to collect myself they didn't entertain me because they charged me R100 For courier fees maybe they don't even pay courier company. Their number starts with 081 .
My family and I had a wonderful time in the resort in January we checked in for midweek, I have to say I was worried about the ****** comments and reviews I have been seeing on tik Tok ,I almost cancelled my stay but I'm glad I didn't because we had such a great time . 1 Chalet was beautiful 2lots of activities 3 meeting new people black or white it was fun. 4 negative part you did get some white people who will get out of the pool as soon as get in. 5.but there also a lot of friendly white people we enjoyed talking too. I'm definitely going back again as I enjoyed zip line, quad bikes, spa treatment and seeing animals roaming around was fantastic.
