Bad customer service
Yesterday I requested footage from car track I got through to Bayanda M and I requested a specific time frame and he did not do as I asked so now I have to keep my car running for more than two hours because the footage needs to be downloaded before I get the one I initially requested for, bad service at its peak I’m not happy at all

Appalling service
Today at around 05:30 I went to fill up my tank and when I got there the was a line due to two tanks being closed, I waited for a few minutes and I saw a guy by the name Elias take one cone to open the tank and I then made my way to that tank. To my surprise he then told me to leave that tank for a sprinter that just came in and didn’t even wait in line. I left without filling up the tank because he knew the guy and wanted to give him special treatment. This happened at Shell in Dlamini Ext 2 near Thomas park

STOP CALLING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been telling these people to stop calling me as now I feel harassed, because they call me everyday even when I told them I don't consent to them calling me, I even said the Popia Act gives me the right to tell them to stop but guess what I was called again today by Bruce Mokaba. THIS IS REALLY ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad representation
I called several times trying to get my tracker re-installed and in each call I kept on hearing the consultants say my network is bad however I could hear everything they said. The one person who made me write this review is a consultant by the name of Fortunate Sello who was shouting at me and I really didn't appreciate that and I will never condone such behavior. SHE NEEDS TO GET TRAINING ON HOW TO DE-ESCALTE A SITUATION.

WASTE OF MONEY
I was very disappointed in the service I received today from Mochachos Nagiah's Mid-rand, they made me wait for the order that was placed at 13:16 for a shawarma that was only prepared at 13:40 as they forgot to prepare my, order mind you it was not even packed. They were very nonchalant about the situation not even one staff member apologized and to put the icing on the cake the way they also prepared the shawarma was so appalling that made me decide to never go set foot there.

PIZZA OF SHAME
First thing I would like to state is that I am so amazed with the service I am getting from Debonairs Pizza, appalling service at its best, I bought a cram-decker on the 06th of this month via the online platform the order was made by the branch in Maponya mall, The way it was made and how the pizza was delivered to me was different from the ads. It had no fillings ( I took pictures ) and for that I feel like I was **********. I then contacted the chats department and they said they will get back to me in on business day... Guess what! I am still waiting. They surely take advantage of the customers and I will write a review everyday trust me, I have time and data until they get back to me.
