Kindly please help im being Harassed by Home Choice. They call me every day since last year been trying to ask them not to call me but the calls dont stop. Please Help me. This is not right.
I have complained about the service and I was phoned by matrix promised me that my account was going to be cleared out and update my profile. The profile was updated but now I'm getting calls from nimble asking me to pay. I hate how easy it easy to take the account and how stressful it to fix our problems. When it's their own mistake
This one hell of ****ming company. I would advise anyone who is thinking of joing them to think twice. Find a better tracking company for your car not them. The service is extremely bad and not helpful. I regret ever joining them.
I paid my credit card in June up until today I haven't received paid up letter. It was promised but not is done. And my ITC record still show the same. I have been trying.
I paid my account in full, up until today my ITC record says I owe them money. It quiet said that when they want they money the call you day and night once you pay them they ignore you. Please update my inform as this is affecting me badly
Finchoice have extremely bad service ever till today they haven't attended my complain. They don't even take my phone call. They legal department is just wast of time. They do work they don't care about customers services. All I want from the is to update my ITC as I have paid they loan in August
Hell on earth finchoice I regret the day I took a loan with them. I paid up my load been trying to get my paid up letter since September till today know one is helping me. I would advise anyone who is planing to take a loan with Not to because they have poor customer service and don't care about customers needs. I feel like I'm in prison now because they refuse to attend my problem even though I have paid the load need my paid up letter and updating my ITC record. 3 months is tool long.

This is one Hell on earth department. They don't assist with anything. I regret being part of finchoice. I would advise people not to work with such extreme bad service we get from them. They don't care and don't take they customers serious
I have been trying to cancel my contract with this company for almost a year now and thy keep on promising to cancel bt up until today I'm still debited every month. I so hate how thy are treating me. I regret even joining them. I would advise people no to be part of a companies like this
