Experienced the worst service ever!!!! I laid a complaint against the Starwood Pedro's branch. Got no feedback. Laid another co plaint and then someone called and apologized and said that they will get back to me. I also mentioned that the store manager made false accusations against me and called me a ****. Shocking
I laid a complaint against Pedros Starwood service which was shocking. I receievd an email stating that the issue was resolved and ticket was closed. I had no contact from the Store. Whats nonsense is this
I transferred money into the wrong account. I called FnB to ask if they can assist me by reversing this transaction. The consultant was very rude and unhelpful. I was then told that I will have to pay an additional R300 to get assistance from FnB. My transaction made was only R500 and now I must pay R300 to get this transaction reversed. This does not make sense. Absolutely shocking service from this bank. When I told the FnB assistance I would consider closing my account, instead of keeping e as a client she was more than willing to close my account. This is the worst experience I ever had with a bank. Absolutely useless. I would never recommend this bank to anyone going forward. I rather lose my R500 than to pay FnB R300 to reverse this transaction
On the 01/03/2026, I decided to place an order for delivery from Starwood Pedros. A full pack meal and I ordered an additional 4 extra Garlic rolls. When the driver brought my meal, I opened to check if my order was correct. This was done in full view of the Driver. I saw that Pedros did not include the extra rolls that I ordered. Si I checked my receipt and it was included in my order but they did not deliver it. I questioned the driver and he then called his supervisor who advised that I need to call the store directly which is now an inconvenience to me. So I then called the store and spoke to the manager on duty. She then accuses me of lying about the rolls not being there and says that she packed the order. She then talks to the driver and the driver also confirmed with her that the rolls were not in the delivery. The driver says to me that he needs to deliver the rest of his orders and that another driver will come drop off the rolls. Well that was on Sunday the 01st of March 2026 and I am still waiting for my delivery. How shocking is this service. You can clearly see that the manager of this store has no experience and care on how to resolve customer queries. I still haven't had any feedback from the store. I even called the customer complaints dept yesterday and still no feedback. People like this really paints a bad image for Pedros Franchise. Starwood Perdros staff need to get their act together as well as the managers. You cannot treat loyal customers like this. Neelan Govender
Been to the Panarottis store at Cornubia numerous times. The service from there is nothing but exceptional. We always ask for the waiter by the name of Lindo. He is such a pleasant chap and always has a smile on his face. You can clearly see that the manager of that branch definitely runs its with pride. Will definitely recommend this branch

Most shocking bank ever!!! Account was hacked even though we brought it to their attention and Standard Bank refuses to re impulse. This bank is absolutely disgusting and bot secure for us as clients. I will make sure I will make this known to all. Absolutely ridiculous. They also have the nerve of telling us that we must not discuss this matter with anyone. Are they trying to hide something. I actually made a complaint just over a week ago and still nobody has contacted me. STANDARD BANK is useless. They don't know how to communicate and assist customers. Catch a wake
