Seriously disappointed is an understatement
<div>Seriously disappointed is an understatement. A couch ordered beginning of August. Still waiting. Daily assurances and promises (i.e lip service) .... What a joke. And seriously amazing that they run Christmas specials without being able to fulfil older orders ... I mean really?</div>

Just don't even bother. Nothing that was pre-arranged and spoken about was done properly whatsoever. And he still had the cheek to rip me off for a LOT of money. Dont let Agripa get a grip on you!
