Had great service and very helpful assistance from Mpumi who helped me change a policy and managed to confirm a refund for a previous problem on A&G side. Very professional.
Replaced an iPhone screen which then did not function properly and cracked (probably wasn't sated correctly) - it was not dropped. Owner/manager was not interested in assisting even though there was a record of taking it back within the first week and again later. Each time we were made out to be the culprits etc. Enough said - will definitely think twice before using them.
Would like to give 0 stars. I can write a conference paper on how bad the service is. Suffice it to say that my Showmax stopped working and Dstv was supposed to sort it out. When I complained they made me spend hours (real hours - not joking - have recordings and screen prints as proof). I was given a reference and it was escalated, promised me feedback since 3 days ago .... big fat zero. And now suddenly my app is not working and only limited channels. When I queried I got: “NO ACTIVE DSTV PACKAGE” I have installed and uninstalled everything numerous times, everytime I follow up I get told to FIRST "try this and that" before they are willing to escalate ..... Please note: IF YOU CAN BREAK IT ON YOUR SIDE, surely you must be able TO FIX IT ON YOUR SIDE and not expect me to try and fix it to no avail !!
Trying to obtain vehicle finance through Wesbank & FNB. Disappointing interest rate obtained through dealer and then sent from pillar to post by both FNB and Wesbank - transferred from on consultant to the other and eventually given a number to dial which turned out to be AA Road Assistance. Nobody seems to have the capacity or knowledge to help.
