Very bad service. Ordered a parcel through Bash from American Swiss, selected pick up at Foschinic Mall@Reds. Received notification 12 January that my parcel is ready for collection. Arrived at Foschini Mall @ Reds, my parcel is missing delivered by Pargo/RAM couriers. E-mailed Bash informing them of my missing parcel. Received a Reference no 1776353 only to receive a message this morning 16 January that my issue was resolved, no one from Bash contacted me or informed me that my order will be refunded. Contacted their online service spoke to Terry. He/She only issued a new reference no 1775845 with an attitude. Still no refund,, parcel still lost and missing in the Foschini Mall @ Reds store. What to do now!!!!

I purchased a Tread an Miller leather backpack on 2 December 2024 on the Edgars online platform, when the bag arrived it was the incorrect bag and not the bag I ordered. I have queried it with Edgars online customer services and I am still waiting for a courier to collect the incorrect bag and exchange it or refund the bag. I am so disappointed. Now I do not have a gift for my husband for Christmas. I tried to exchange it at Mall of Africa and they advised me that the reference code on the Tread and Miller bags are all the same and this needs to be corrected by Edgars, before they can assist me. 19th of December and still waiting for a resolution. Edgars online expects me to go and purchase a second bag and wait for my refund. The cost to me will be R5000 instead of R2500 and how do I know that I will get refunded if their service has been this bad so far. So disappointing.

I disconnected my Premium package and decoder years ago. My DSTV account is inactive and has been for a long time. This weekend we decided to reconnect our decoder (Premium package ) to watch the Paris Olympics. To my surprise an access fee was added to my DSTV account in March 2024. My account was in a credit now I owe DSTV again. So I sent an e-mail to DSTV help centre and requested for them to investigate the ******* transactions on my account only to receive a call from the help centre informing me that I had a subscription fee for February outstanding. This transaction was added today. How is this possible. Luckily I kept my previous statements. There are ****mers working for DSTV do not trust their helpline or customer services department. I was almost ****med out of R900 today by the help centre. Shocking!
The order process is good, and delivery is fairly good. But the products received are not always what I ordered. I ordered a gift for my granddaughter in Australia, and I did not receive what I ordered. They sell substandard products. Only their Christmas lights are worth ordering.
