False information to customers & bad customer service 😒
Is shocking that bathu shop @vaal Mall doesn't have refund but their slip written return or exchange.this is poor customer service and false information to customers 😠this needs to be sorted out or address ASP.if store does not have refund then slip should be specified for customers to understand. I feel undermined Returned :Khalanga multi blue I ended up talking journey 2.0 blue & white

Complaints against Vaal Mall debonairs staff
There's one of your staff that needs to be called into order from Debonairs vaal mall.she's going around in other retailers e.g mrprice vaal mall she's taking pictures of staff of which is against the POPIA Act.i was standing behind her when she does this nonsense.some people are shopping with anger 😠 and shocking part she's doing this in a uniform of debonairs.there is nothing wrong with mrprice ❤️

Compliment Eastrand Mall Mrprice
Once in a while I had great service at Eastrand Mall mrprice 😊thanks for improvements and making sure that you appreciate the concerns and acknowledgement of being corrected.after my previous incident in the store I see alot of improvements "I am happy about the service from the door up to the tills" Daniel and his management team needs a compliment for this improvement. It take a real leader to make a change in people. Keep it well and Up not only for me but for all customers.

Nice shopping experience and friendly staff ❤️💯 it tells me alot about the Store Manager in this store @Mrp Lebowakgomo.we need people like that in retail environment because this is the place where we spend a lot of our moola, besides they love what they are doing.Mrprice is the best 👌

i was at Mrprice home Eastrand Mall today is very clean 👌 helpful staff with smile,i believe staff love what they are doing there.this is the reason why i choose mrprice group over other retailers...keep up the good work ❤️🎉

Rude Security guard and unacceptable behavior
I don't regret my decision for choosing 1 out of 5,yesterday my day was ruined and I don't think I will ever go back to that store again @Eastrand Mall. I love mrprice too much but I won't tolerate that kind of behavior I got from the security guard, that small girl needs to be addressed or removed in that store ,she cannot be talking to people they way she likes. Yesterday I was in the clothing store with my kids and the lady wanted to close my plastic, I politely requested her not to close my plastic since I have my wallet inside unfortunately she aggressively told me that "mrprice customers are complicated " I have never been treated like that in my entire life and especially by a small girl who was suppose to be in school 😭I am sure I'm not the first customer to complain about that little girl and when we left the store she was busy on her phone at the door where she was suppose to make sure that stock doesn't leave the store without being paid.the store has CCTv cameras that girl needs to learn her lesson before they suffer the stock loss.
