I bought a gas bottle July 28th for R360. In less than 2 weeks it was empty. Keep in mind that I only used the stove top. A bottle normally keeps me a month and a half. Afrox is refusing to replace my bottle or refund me at least half of what I paid for it. Their excuse- I should have felt that the bottle wasn't as heavy as it normally is, due to a possible gas leak. How must I know the weight????
HAPPY STORE, HUNTERS RETREAT, PORT ELIZABETH. I have been a loyal client, spending thousands of rands since they have opened many years ago. Today I was treated with disrespect by the Chinese lady ***ner) stating that I opened an item which I didn't. While I am complaining, I also need to mention that I saw one of the male owners recording a client with his cellphone a couple of weeks back, this is against the law. Why does he need to record a customer if the whole store is filled with cctv in every isle?? They have lost a customer today.
The previous month I bought a cassette tape of The Outsiders "calling on youth', which I paid R99 for with free delivery. Now suddenly they sent me a message stating that I should pay R75 for delivery. Delivery was free when I bought it. It was out of stock this past Friday they said. It was the day it should have been delivered. I am extremely disappointed with take alot. I will never buy from them again.
I have been calling their callcentre for the last week. I have been kept on hold for more than an hour at a time. I haven't spoken to any agent. All I want is my latest payslip as I am a pensioner. I tried the selfservice app, but I also cannot come in. This. Is the worst service ever. I have sent emails, but to no prevail. Nobody answers me. What am I to do??

I have been paying interest at Cash Crusaders Kabega Park Port Elizabeth for years, spending thousands of rands in order for them not to sell my items. I am therefor a known client. 22 March I went to pay all my interest, as I was going for major surgery. The lady helping me swore I have paid everything. Today, a month later I was told that my TV is not on the list anymore, apparently I didnt pay for it. I have a screenshot of last month, showing all my items, including the TV. The TV is on the floor, the manageress now says I must pay Cash Crusaders asking price for the TV. The worst service ever, the previous month I got till slips after paying my items, as the printer was not working. I personallly think this is where the fault slipped in. Now the TV license is not right ect ect. Why must they complicate things. I just want my small Dixon Tv back. The kids use it to play games on.
