Poor Service from Ningbo Deye Inverter Technology
3yrs ago I bought a 10-year warranty 8 kWh DEYE solar system. In just 3 years the system batteries are defective and I'm as good as having no solar system. Thrice I've reached out to Deye: I reached out to service@deye.com.cn; deyersaservicejhb@deye.com.cn; wayne.hsu@deye.com.cn; market@deye.com.cn to no avail. I urge the public to be wary of this service provider. All smooth talk when selling you the service, but once you give them the sale, you are on your own. Avoid Deye at all cost; or you'll be in distress like me.

Pluxnet are useless!
Terrible customer service! I sent a Nolwazi Singo all the documents to place an order, yet a week has passed with her doing nothing! I shudder to think of the predictable ******* quality of service customers receive from Pluxnet. I've NEVER experienced such bad service from any other ISP. Avoid Pluxnet like the plague.

Bonitas are USELESS
Despite having taken Bonitas membership 6 months ago, I still have not received my medical aid card - neither the physical nor the e-card. Their app returns the message "We couldn't find an existing account for this member" despite my continuous payment. I've sent them countless emails and made countless calls for the past 6 months to no avail. I have to pay cash for consultation despite having a so-called medical aid! Bonitas are top notch ****mers!!!!!

Medscheme are BIG ****mers
Despite having taken Medscheme membership 6 months ago, I still have not received my medical aid card - neither the physical nor the e-card. Dr KM Matjila's unprofessionalism
One of their psychiatrists, Dr KM Matjila, proved to be a disastrous choice for my family. She totally locked us out in both the diagnoses and "treatment" of a family member. So shocking that she never once interviewed us as literature advises she should! No wonder our family member's mental illness continues; with calamitous consequences for the family! They also use Dr Matjila at Akeso Parktown and Krugersdop, etc. Never witnessed such unprofessionalism!

Avoid Dr Matjila like a plague - so utterly unprofessional for a mental health provide! My daughter saw her at the Foundation Clinic, JHB, in December, in connection with mental health challenges. Despite profuse promises to involve us and keep us posted on diagnoses, treatment, etc. she NEVER once interviewed the family to share our lived experience and observable syndromes! We paid exorbitantly for the consultations, yet she still refused to see or talk to us on the phone! Beware of this pseudo professional who treats clients like trash. She operates at Parktown, Krugersdorp, Akeso, Foundation clinic, etc. My daughter is now consulting another psychiatrist who was utterly shocked when we told him about the shameful treatment we had suffered at the hands of one Dr Kgomotso Meriem Matjila. Boxer Liquor gives horrible service!
Horrible service! Rude and *********** staff! I went into 1 of Boxer Liquor's outlets at Dayizenza Plaza, last Saturday. As I was tendering my payment to a cashier, a Lina Nkambule or something like that - who had ignored my greetings, she rudely asked, "Do you need plastic, Old man?" I politely asked her not to address me with titles of her choosing, whereupon she burst out laughing! I called the supervisor, a bearded man who upon hearing my complaint, also burst out laughing and walked away, saying, "I hear you, Old man!" Not wanting to make a scene, I left the store and proceeded to buy from a Shoprite outlet nearby. Does Boxer give their staff any training at all? Why do their staffers behave as if they're doing customers a favor and treat them with disrespect and disdain! Stay away from Boxer if you value your dignity and have self-respect!

Medihelp is worst in the market
Join Medihelp at your own peril - be warned! I made the terrible mistake of joining it and ended up with huge medical bills. You pay and when it's time to deliver, it rejects almost all your claims! It pays only a quarter of a GP's consultation fee and zero towards the prescribed medication. I'm not exagerating when I say Medihelp is the worst in the market. I wouldn't advise my worst enemy to join it!

Medihelp is terrible
I'd never ever seek Medihelp's services even if they paid me for them! I experienced Medihelp as the worst in the industry. They kept us without chronic medication for 3 months even though we had provided a certificate proving unbroken medical cover for over 30 years! Jin Medihelp at your own peril. Be warned!
