Just warning to all customers. Telkom billing department goes against Icasa website when dealing with customers. They not supposed to hand you over to debt collector. They hand you over even when you paid them. Without sorting out with customer first. Even after emails to debt collector not answered either. Telkom billing does not answer emails either. None of emails on their website works either. Call the billing and phone gets put down. They don't let you know there a problem on the account either. Let's hope Starlink comes here soon. Not impressed at all.
Telkom does not answer emails after 2 reference numbers 9557070/9571331 account don't answer calls on 081 180 they put down the phone. Pathetic service have the audacity to send threatening sms. Disgusting service provider indeed!!
So sick and tired of Cell C complete incompetence when dealing with the Customers. Cell phone has been disconnected even although payment has been received. There was a small error in April payment one digit was left out. Correspondence was sent even in previous review done on Cell C. They even acknowledged on this page that payment has been received and they notify accounts. Still on Thursday last week disconnected the service. Even a lawyer from accounts confirmed with my husband the account is up to date. Someone else phoned and said we still owing for April payment and there a small interest amount, which we not paying as the account is up to date. We personally went through to East Rand Mall branch took all the proof of payments and confirmation from Hello Peter.com got them to scan the documents to Head office reference number 4072700172 and 4052900106. WE HAVE PAID FOR A SERVICE WE ARE UNABLE TO USE. WE WILL NOT DO A DEBIT ORDER AS CELL C PREVIOUSLY DEDUCTED A DOUBLE AMOUNT AND THAT AFFECTED OUR FINANCES. CELL C NOW HAS 2 DAYS TO FIX THE RECONNECTION OF THE SERVICE AS MY HUSBAND WILL PHONE CLIENTELE. WARNING EVERYONE OUT THERE DONT DEAL OR TAKE A CONTRACT WITH Cell C. There accounts and customer care Staff completely ******** and totally Useless
Please dont ever use Cell C there staff especially at accounts and customer service they totally incompetant at doing their job properly. On the 3rd of July 24 made a cash deposit into Cell C banking account at Nedbank. The reference number was correct all details were correct. Proof of payment was sent through to their email address given by Cell C. Today my husband services were SUSPENDED even although payment has been made and proof of payment sent as well. The lady dealing with my husband account is so RUDE AND TOTALLY USELESS. WE ARE AT OUR WITS END with Cell C. We await FURTHER FEEDBACK ASAP. Otherwise taking this matter to Clientele Legal and your Ombudsman and I will go on all social media and anyone else who will listen. So frustrated with useless Provider dont ever use them they Useless, Rude and have no customer care either. This refers to reference number 336953775
We made a cash deposit into Cell C banking account as went to a branch to make the payment. They gave us Cell C banking details. In error there was one digit missing on the reference number when we made the payment was emailed 3 times confirming the payment. Even called the 084 135 to confirm the email address. Even after emailing customer care where they confirm the proof of payment has been received and gone to finance department. They call early in the morning as well as after 18h00 at night still saying the payment is outstanding. A lady by the name of Joyce she extremely rude and has no manners. The service from Cell C accounts is totally disgusting to say the least. Never experienced such total bad service and rudeness from service provider. The rudeness from this company is something else. Totally sorry we have a contract with this company. Something needs to be done about this.
We personally would never recommend Miway Insurance as we have experienced the following and wish to warn others when signing up with Miway. Be very careful read and obtain all information as nothing telephonically is as it should be. 1. In 2020 added another vehicle to the policy were going to change to another insurer. The gentleman gave us great discount as we wanted to change to another insurance. Never at any point were we told that Miway does not pay out 3 years bonus if you have not claimed on your insurance. The car that I drive has no excess payable and yet if I bump into the wall I must pay R3000. This was never told to us. Even after asking many times no Excess. 2. The premium is very high considering I dont drive more than 60 km or less as well as my husband km are also low in a month. 3. We had a dispute in Feb 23 as my husband had an accident not his fault so we claimed against the other party third party. It so happened the other party is also with Miway. We had to get 3 quotes as if doing the repair privately. Miway paid out after a long battle with Clientele Legal involved. The payment given to repair was far less as it was only repaired no new parts this they also never specified when we put in all the documents. Clientele have a recording where Miway was asked this claim will not effect my husband no claim bonus and they confirmed it will not. Yet Miway not paying 3 year no claim bonus since 2017. Why were never told this think totally unacceptable from Miway. 3. Received yesterday the latest updated policy document from Miway. My husband excess has gone from R5000 to a whopping R6100 all of a sudden. That is an increase of R1100. That is a huge amount Never once were informed by Miway. Sorry this unacceptable 4. On the updated policy document it mentions the accident in Feb 23. We have a letter from Miway where it confirms it was a third party claim. As well as recorded conversation with Clientele Legal.So what they say and what they do are 2 complete different. Totally dishonest and underhanded in the way Miway does its business Sorry Miway nothing you can say will change the above. Be careful people be very careful.
Totally bad service experienced at Cell C East Rand Mall branch. Contract expiring so requested a new phone. After almost 2 weeks still waiting. Michelle from the branch never calls we have had to call her is this the way Cell C treats its customers.Bad service no follow up at all. Would like feedback as sending out emails does not help either ????
My partner had an accident on the 10th of February 2023. We not going to pay the excess amount as this was not his fault. The lady that caused drove over a solid white line hit him while his car was stationary. Miway insurance handling of this claim is totally disgusting. We been **** to its gone from one department to another. I have a long trail of paper work. Claims, Legal and 3rd party never call you back, they don't email you either. I would never recommend anyone take insurance with Miway Insurance. As a client of Miway Insurance for over 8 years all premiums have been paid on time. We will be laying a complaint with Ombudsman. As soon we can will move to better insurer who values loyal clients. Be aware when lodging a third party through Miway. As all they care about is that you pay your excess
Our contract expired on 17th December 2021. Head Office phoned my partner twice to confirm this. We went to Eastgate branch on the 18th of December. Leo from the branch gave us a new contract for more gigs with the same monthly payment. On the 11th of February 2022 we received an sms saying there an AMOUNT outstanding. On Sunday the 13th of February 2022 we were told by Eastgate branch that the contract was never CANCELLED which was Leo the consultant had not done. Telkom also charged for a debit order which should never have gone through a unpaid fee of R202.70 which is almost more than debit order. Leo and his Supervisor Lerato confirmed once cancellation done we will owe Telkom nothing. Accounts department who have been emailed don't answer emails either. I have to keep phoning Leo everyday 3rd day has not done his job. Sorry Telkom we will CANCEL this contract due to poor service, no feedback totally disgusted. We will take this matter further, as my partner has a good credit rating and Telkom not going to mess that up
I needed unlimited data for online course iI was doing. My current data from service provider would not have been sufficient. I contacted Rain paid R479 online. At no time did they mention I need to cancel ,as they claim no contracts. End of October 21 Rain debited my account without my permission. I contacted them then paid the outstanding amount and many emails and phone xalls to ensure this had now been cancelled. 1st of December 21 they tried to debit my account again. Saying they billing in arreas. Yet in am not using any of there data since 17th of October 21 and I gave them a month's cancellation notice. So disgusted with pathetic and underhanded service given
