Waiting period for medical aid savings refund is 4months, now ir six months I've been waiting for my refund. Sometimes I ask myself their work ethics if Bonitas finance and administration department knows what they are doing. Looks like they don't prioritize their clients. No communication at all even how many times you called and submitted the required documents.Seems to me they are using "I don't care mentality" My broker escalated the matter, they just ignore the emails.
I am due for a savings refund, my membership terminated in December 2024. I have submitted all the required documents on time. Upon following up I was told waiting period is 4 months and that the payment will be made in May 2025, this is the last day of May and the payment has not been made. Every time i call they tell me excuses, I even wonder if their admin or finance departments knows what they are doing. I have been a member for a long time 8 years approximately, paid on time. The customer service is a nightmare.

In south africa I don't know of any company or retailer or government institutions that pays their employees on the 23rd of each month but planet42 will always remind me every month on the 23rd that I have missed a payment of which now its my 4th year with then and never missed a payment. It's so annoying to get those stupid texts from them monthly.
Worst courier services 😑 ever. Communication very bad, they dont want to deliver packages to the addresses that was given when ordering. Instead they wanted me to come collect my package in the mall. Imagine? Then on TEMU updates, they update nonsense by saying " The courier attempted delivery but was unable to locate the consignee" IDIOTS. Its been four weeks now waiting for my order from this courier company. I just wonder why this courier services it's awarded to do the job. Still waiting ✋️ for my order.
