Pathetic food
Old fried rice ,sushi from the day before it was stale and old.. I ordered chicken fried rice and sushi but the rice was old and upon return I told the cashier the sushi is old she then responded that the sushi is from a few nights before or could be the day before they first sell the left overs

Waited in store for close to 2 hours for one part!! Bachaan tried his best to assist but the store management is terrible They have parts available online and on their store system but tell customers it's sold out Pathetic experience

Bad service
Last week Friday I booked a small pudo locker from Fairlands to Mossle Bay, I placed the parcel into the small locker and today the customer recieved an sms and email stating its ready for collection .. Upon arrival he stated he found the box empty and no parcel was placed into it I have tried to call Courier Guy Mossle Bay numerous times , calls are ignored I have emailed pudo as well and got no reply back as to what happened to my parcel sent down for a customer Had to refund a customer and still haven't gotten any feedback from courier

Terrible Service!!!
Good day I ordered a set of side sills online and stock said available, transaction and everything else went smooth .. I recieved emails stating my order was being processed for next day delivery I then called back after I didn't recieve a delivery, the lady told me there isn't any stock available they trying to source once again I understood but over a week later I never recieved a call from them or anything regarding my parts or a refund .. Each time I call they put me on hold Terrible service as a first time customer!! Wouldn't show support in future

Gas Up Lenasia South Terrible Service
Go to gas up Lenasia South at 8:30am waited for an hour for my 9kg gas tank to be filled , I then asked why is it taking so long .. I was told by a worker called Small not to come make noise, I then waited until 10am only to recieve an empty Gas tank , I asked why is it empty because I waited so long for it to be filled , the owners mother then came out of the house and told me to f off with it to go fill it somewhere else .. I called the owner he told me he would sort it out but done nothing .. Terrible service and no customer service Met a few pensioners there who was waiting over an hour for a small 4kg to be filled
