I would like to take this opportunity to give Malandule Ntsikelelo his flowers whilst his still alive ....I was blown away by his service with my daughter today at Lenmend Lenasia casualty...To management please can this guy get recognition as it is not everyday that we receive this brilliant service from when she came in till him taking her to her ward I must commend him ...passionate about his job and what a lovely person..Big ups bro I knew my daughter was in good hands when you displayed true character and CARED for my daughter ...I THANK YOU
*****ulent activity on my account I'm not the first person to experience this...I'm asking has Capitecs system beèn compromised...I went to the branch and they confirmed that I have no subscription with Google....I know of more than one person that has been experiencing the same issue ....Lain Orpen why are people debiting our accounts with no authorization ...has your systems been compromised ...can I run with this on ENCA and see who else comes forward ?This is utter ******* ....I'm waiting your urgent feedback as I know 3 individuals that experienced the same ...I can use my social media influence for more people to come forward...let me know how this one will work ..Mr Gerrie Fourie i hope you aware of this seems like it's just being swept underneath the carpet everytime it happens
Worst service ever ...Bonitas can keep their refund ..USELESS *********** ...Mr Callokoppan wat is happening at Bonitas ..2 weeks all I asked was if all the docs were in order and got empty promises ...Audrey Sinclair I waited for your call no response...TCF is non existent at Bonitas ...Shane Perumal ,Vuhronga Rikhotso ...This is unacceptable Bonitas can keep the refund and send their consultants on training with my refund due to me ...Shocking how I must beg for feedback simple yes I'm unable to get assistance....
My review was removed and no response from Old Mutual ...More than 13 years a policy was paid with the worst service ever ...I will ensure that this gets on social media
OLD MUTUAL DOES IT AGAIN ....My father in law passes on and Old mutual gives us uphill ...now we get told that the policy was canceled ,no one informed my mother in law ...the policy was paid without missing premium more than 10 years ...this behavior needs to be exposed...no tcf they just do as they please ...poor poor poor service 😢
So I call old mutual life call was at 15:20 today and this over confident consultant tells me that because it's an inbound call center she was unable to call the policy beneficiaries.We understand popia but I have been assisting my in-laws and to date this lady has been nothing but rude ...telling me about sms where she was not listening from the onset ....now if this is how people are treated in the life space then I will surely wanna be Insured at old mutual.
Webafrica sales agent is rude as hell , Ashlin is one of them that puts you on hold and the call cuts .I have all the call recordings .Then another agent says do what you must rude rude rude rude no ethics .Then I speak the whole dam day to Wille the bot no assistance .No after sales service just want your money and that's it .Sean Nourse what do we do in these instances ..Your service center sucks one whole day and still no assistance ,from support to sales to technical team .No management available as well what circus are you running there sir .. I'm waiting for a response or I will take all those recordings and go to social media as well as radio to show what to expect after taking a webafrica account ...Makes me sick
