I have been onto the MTN business website to try and get Fibre to my business. There are no business contact details. You have to fill out a call back form, which I did. Two days later, no call back. The only sales number I could find on their labyrinthine website was consumer sales. I then sat on hold for seven minutes only to get transferred to corporate sales. They then put me on hold while they tried to find the correct procedure. Finally, after 13 minutes on the phone I was asked for the same details that I put into their contact form and promised a call back. I won't be holding my breath and they will certainly go to the bottom of my supplier pile
At the beginning of this month my gym membership stopped working. Planet Fitness tell me that I need to take up the problem with Momentum Multiply. I called the multiply contact centre and spoke to Samantha van der Merwe. Who said she would look into it and get back to me because there was no record at momentum of my gym membership. That I have been using for the last three months, by the way. She then emailed me a message saying, <br> <br> \ We do not have a gym membership listed for yourself on our system. Please confirm if your gym membership was loaded through Multiply at the gym directly.\" <br> <br> I answered the question and have in the last week sent two more email enquiries and have been completely ignored. Planet fitness passed the buck to Momentum and Momentum passed the buck back and ignored their client. Namely, me. Great service Momentum. I will be reading a Discovery brochure right after I click submit on this complaint. <br> <br> "
All of a sudden every time I try to make a call I get an MTN promational message on my phone screen. I have to dismiss it before I can do anything. I have phoned MTN help three times now and no one can make it stop. They even have the nerve to tell me that they cant help me because its an iPhone. I am going nuts. I dont want their spam!
I went to Mica Eastgate yesterday and saw a display of several mosaics. On enquiry I was told that they no longer stocked them, When I asked why I got shrugged at. When I asked a manager why they were displaying stock that they no longer carried his first response was to tell me that it wasn't his responsibility because he was in charge of electrical. He then told me that the displays belonged to the supplier and they can't touch them. No apology just bad attitude. When I asked why he didn't just remove the display from the shop floor he said that they won't risk damaging the display and that he had been asking the supplier for months to remove it. Now all of a sudden he does have some responsibility. So he was either lying about it not being his responsibility or he was lying about asking the supplier to remove it. Either way its annoying and unprofessional. The manager was rude and his supplier problems are his not mine. Mica should take responsibility for their stores instead of pretending that their incompetence and bad attitude are somebody else's fault.
I realise that Erin's Bedforview probably gets many calls from people trying to get through to Erin's in Rosebank but that doesn't call for being short or abrasive with customers. I called Erin's Bedfordview today mistakenly looking for the Rosebank optometrist. The lady that answered the phone was short and impatient with me. Frankly I couldn't care less how irritating it is that they share a name with another company. That is not my problem. However because of thier rudeness I will never use thier services and will actively go out of my way to tell everyone that will listen to me to avoid their business because in my opinion they behave like petulant children to potential customers. <br> <br> Erin's in Rosebank however is excellent and I couldn't recomend them enough
The Rosebank gym has recently upgraded its equipment and already it is faulty, the new Hamstring Stretch flexibility machine already has a broken timer (broken for a week now) and the foot bar adjustment doesn't work (broken for a few days).<br> <br> Additionally, the Keiser Functional Trainer has six arms but you can only use two of them because the other four have no clips to attach things to. (Over 3 weeks now).<br> <br> Also, one of the showers has been missing a toiletries shelf for months, which is ridiculous. I find it hard to imagine that anybody at the Rosebank club cares in the least that their equipment is broken.<br> <br> I would like to suggest a new slogan for the planet fitness marketing department. \Planet Fitness - Something's Always Broken"<br> """
MTN sends me not stop SMS spam. Despite the fact that I am in the opt out database, despite my numerous opt out requests. MTN is actually breaking the law and my next step is the consumer complaints commission. You disgust me MTN. What do you gain by harassing your customers? I have received over ten SMS messages this week. Six of them today.
