You can rest assured that the simplest difficulty encountered transacting with Easy Equities will be met with a high level of silent treatment. They feel no need explaining anything to their clients. To get any feedback, you need to write at least 8 emails for 8 consecutive days and hope to good to get an answer. Client service with Easy Equities is non existent.
Not exactly sure where they get their eggs from but they are definitely not eggs. Flat and tasteless. Also had to get rid of 5kg chicken bag. Utterly disgusting. I don't recommend buying meat products from them. Let's talk a bit about the people working there. You cannot even have a conversation with their cashiers to cheer them up. A big brother appears from nowhere to check if you are about to rob the shop. Really feel sorry for their staff.
They are just horrible. All they want to do is make money. Zero customer service. They have a WhatsApp number that no one ever attends to. Very limited features for a business that has been running for more than 4 years. I complained about Google analytics 3 days ago and just realized someone did same here about a year ago. But they are so proud to say leave a heart and we'll attend to it. Their live chat is always on but you can wait all day for a response. They are off weekends so if you are having a sales on a weekend and you have a glitch, you are doomed. DO NOT USE SHOPSTAR.
Absolutely USELESS. 3 months busy with verifications. My account even disabled without my permission and moved to pay gate. Been talking to them again the past 2 weeks and no one, no one gives a ****. They just clock in for salary. I think I know all the staff by names Yazeed, Keenan, Kamogelo, Charne, thristan. This is just an empty luggage for the company. ***********, unprofessional bunch of dead woods.
