I bought a Townhouse and National Real estate was the bodycorporate. After nearly two years I sold my townhouse. To my surprise I got my last statement showing the double deductions made on my account. Firstly they never read my water meter and charged me more than I have ever used and it was the new owners responsibility to pay the water usage seperate from occupation rent having a-paid water meter. They then also added R100 for stationary used and R1400 for clearing out figures. This is not acceptable for me I am not stingy to pay the new owners water but making them aware that I have sold my property and that they must take in account that the new owner is responsible they now just take the funds like they please. The geyser also burst and I was never contacted but then they fix and send me documents from Hollard to complete. I am not at all comfortable how they choose to work and just spend my money.
I have received a outstanding account of R1933 from Credit Intel on a message about a year ago. I went to Centlec Bloemfontein and have gotten the proof from Centlec Bloemfontein that i am not owing anything to them. I then mailed the proof with zero balance to them. After obtaining me email address they have now started to send me terrible messages and emails. They could not provide me with any documentation of the said account, This account is 20 years old since i vacated the property they say i owe money.
After buying artificial grass from them and starting to use the artificial grass was terrible. The black rubber gave off a lot and after only two months the green grass just started to fall out. It looks Terrible. I have sent various e mails and with no solution. They just drag it out and don't want to give me the Suppliers contact no. I will not recommend that anyone purchases from them. There is just no after sales.
This is my fourth time I used Biddulphs. Best friendly and efficient/professional service. Will highly recommend to anybody.
