The worst property management and asset company. No competent staff from the top, rude and unprofessional. Tenants and service providers treated with contempt and payments not paid. I have been waiting for a response in regards with my Refund No answer or any form of communication.
Good Day I called your branch to inform them that I was coming to complete my application. I drove 40 Minutes taking time from work. When I arrived the Consulted was very helpful. The so-called Manager or supervisor needs people's skills. He has an attitude and doesn't wanna listen to what the client is saying or even trying to understand or listen to what I was saying. Then I was informed that because my payslip state payment method is EFT, I can't be helped as this is the same as a CP or ABC payment. I wasted my time and petrol to drive to your branch as per your on boarding requests. I am really disappointed with the service I received at the Rosettenville Finbond Branch. Now I am still receiving emails to go to your Branch for what. And to my understanding you have assisted some clients with the same payslip. I bought a Bed which was Faulty, I have been waiting for the replace bed for over 3 Months. I have been paying for a mattress protector which I have never seen. But I pay my Account. No one has followed up to check if I have received the replacement mattress with the mattress protector.
I App**** for their service and I've had one of the worst customer service experience. I've communicated with about 10 Agents and None of them don t know what to do and why my Account isn't Activated. Instead all they say leave Device on and wait for 24 to 48 hour's. It's been more than 8 Days and I'm at my wit with they way they have handled my. Then thay wanna say it's a VUMATEL Issue as they are migrating to a new system as that is my problem. I've paided for a service which I can't even use. So To anyone I hope you Don't Pay because they can't fulfill their Service Level Agreements. Each and everyday they will come up with a different scenario.
