I bought property at Eden Estate, sold on the notion that it's safe and secure. Yet, daily incidents occur that make one wonder if it's truly a secure estate. Matters of concern were raised with the HOA, there's no resolution or feedback. Don't even get me started on the GCt matter which is busy ripping us off. This is the worst decision I could have made. We discovered a leak under the kitchen sink, which they said we had to fix ourselves. During the repair, I was told that this company used very cheap materials, and I'm still going to have issues because the plumbing is a disaster. When i raise issues, i am met with dismissive responses. The caretaker, Keith, mistreats people. not to mention the cleaning ladies who don't clean yet they get paid. our levies are paying people who don't see the need to work. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy property from this developer for peace of mind or value for money.
It's really frustrating that when you need to register your being sent to pilar to post and being assign to different student advisor with so many different references number for one problem.
This electricity system is ripping people off. Eden estate use this system, management of this company doesn’t want to come in board as they know that they are benefiting of keeping people on this system. Tenants are leaving because of this system & Eden estate management refuses to take this system out.
Eden estate doesn’t take their residents serious, we log calls to come fix the issues that I have in counter, all they do is cancel the log and now they saying I must fix the issue. Which is clearly unfair to me. They are good in giving me the runaround.
Westbank & life insurance are giving me run around, they failed to keep on the agreement & if they expect me to in counter cost, I will not pay. They delivered a card, which doesn’t work & except me to order a new one with cost included, which absolutely nonsense Bulelani was just giving me the runaround
FNB customer service It's having zero effect; I've been waiting for my card to be delivered for the past two weeks. I've contacted FNB multiple times, and each time I was told to get in touch with the courier, I feel like it's not my job to do so. FNB promised to call me back, till to date i haven't received a call. I'm considering canceling the account.
have been calling and emailing Mancosa for a month, I am so irritated because they keep dropping calls, I have sent numerous mails to Asanda Matika she reads my mails but don’t respond All I need is my application to be processed, so that I can move forward.
