Good Morning I need someone to assist me with my purchase made at Carletonville branch. I bought a headboard and the one that was delivered is not the colour I chose. First they delivered black then they delivered grey but I want fawn colour. My husband signed for the delivery but I realized later that the colour is wrong. I went to the store today to complain because it's really unfair that sales consultants delivery wrong items in the name of making sales. As a customer I have a choice and if my choice is not in the store consultants must be open and truthful so that I can make a choice whether I want another colour or my money back. They can't make that choice for me. I'm very unhappy about this purchase and I want my money back or the colour that I selected Someone please call me regarding this purchase
Hi my name is Nomonde & my mom has been a member of Asambe for years but everytime she tries to make a booking there is a problem and no willingness to assist, book and confirm bookings. Since April my mom has been trying to make bookings with Nokwazi without any success. Their last conversation was last week also no confirmation was made. I urgently need someone to help me with these booking PLEASE for 24 December!! Can I also have a reliable contact details because all your numbers are ringing unanswered. I sent whatsApp but no response too. This is so frustrating because people join such travelling clubs to have smooth and stress free bookings but if we get frustrated by the very same travelling clubs that should be making life easier for their clients its very disappointing. I read other reviews and its bad and someone at the top needs to seriously listen to clients and change how you operate
I'm honestly ****ed with how rude and unprofessional your consultants are. I'm still struggling to cancel this rental contract that I was mislead to take thinking its a normal contract like the ones we take via telkom, voda, mtn and I was never told that its rental. I was note even given the T&C so that I can make an informed decision. Now I'm being harassed! Yesterday I got a call from one of your consultants who was rude as **** and hanged up the phone on me. Today I was called by one of the most rude consultants I ever came across. This woman needs serious customer service training. I don't know which side of the bed she woke up on but she needs to learn to talk to customers and most importantly to listen to them. Should she dare block my phone after I explained that I made a payment and my phone later unblocked, your company will deal with me personally. I didn't get her name but obviously they log in calls and you record them so please listen to her tone and she must never call me again or any other client. She does not listen to understand, she just wants to get her point across and her tone is just off. When I tried to explain she just went mute on me. Foneyam, you can really do better. Train your people to really explain to potential clients what this contract is, give them a change to read your T&C so that they can decide whether they want a rental contract or not. Don't do business like you are ****mers. I for one I would have never taken this contract if I knew it was a rental! I will go back to Ackermans and cancel this rental agreement to avoid paying almost double of the cash price and next time opt for laybye. This woman called me at 9.13 am
I am a member of SAMWUMED since 2007 and I am really disappointed and frustrated about my choice of medical aid. I went to the dentist on 09/05/2024 to get my tooth surgically extracted and till today (22/05/2024) I have not received authorization for this procedure. I AM IN PAIN AND I CANNOT HANDLE SLEEPLESS NIGHTS DUE TO TOOTH ACHE. I tried to call and the call center is a pain in the butt with all those long adverts that time I'm using airtime and I can't always hold on for over 20 minutes to get assistance and when they finally respond I get transferred to one section to another without assistant as no one knows anything. My dentist tried to make numerous follow-ups and they sent all the documents that I also have but still. I'M IN PAIN GUYS AND I REALLY NEED SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP ME!! I also tried to reach out to the Facebook page also silence! I tried to send emails and I do see that they read them because I get the read receipt but again SILENCE! DO YOU PEOPLE CARE? Or you only care about membership and the premiums we pay monthly for poor service like what I am experiencing now? This is so frustrating and I can just imagine if this was my child needing this procedure. I need someone to call me and assist me 0610654747
